My family liked the breakfast. We had something different every day. We also liked the pool and hot tub. Very clean and nice.

There was a party there with multiple adults and dozens of children and they used the pool and hot tub the entire day. There were 18 people in the hot tub and they didn’t even leave for a few hours. We just wanted to sit in the hot tub for 15-20 minutes they didn’t leave until they were kicked out at closing.

The bathroom had hair in the tub and on the floor. Long, dark hair. I’m almost bald. The staff helped change the bedding when my disabled child wet through all the bedding at 8 pm. They even offered a different room, but we took the option to stay. Above and beyond.

We had a great experience at Best Western Plus! Our normal hotel by the Vet hospital in WSU was booked and so we have this location a try and we were not disappointed. great food from restaurant in hotel we had delivered to our room. They even allowed us to check in hours early which helped with my toddler needing a nap. the pool was great, it has a 7x7 corner that is designed for lids and is only about a 1 1/2 deep, my 2 year old loves it. We will be staying here from now on!

Clean quiet hotel. We bring our grandbabies for mini vacations with the pool. Rooms are clean and staff are friendly. Hottub has been out of order the last 2 trips though.

I had been helping family member move from their apartment and was in desperate need of a shower at the end of the day only to discover that there was nothing but ice cold water from the tap. The office was called and they just said that the water heater had not been able to keep up, offered no apology or anything in way of making up for it. Very uncomfortable.

The staff was amazing and so friendly, especially the food service team and front desk. My whole family thought it was the best hotel experience we've had in a long time. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
