One of the main reasons I chose to stay here as a family is because of the price compared to others and it had a pool and hot tub. Well, the night we were there, the heater was broken and the pool was cold. Also, the hot tub was under maintenance, and we could not use.

Roomy and clean guest suite with kitchenette. Pool is TINY and in summer was too full of families to use.

Arrived 3:40 and was told no rooms available and needed to wait till 4:00 to check in. Meanwhile the receptionist checked in two families.

I’ve had so many hotel disappointments in the past year. This hotel restored my faith in this industry. The front desk gentleman had excellent customer service skills and checked us in timely and accurately. The room was clean, comfortable, and the upgrades (built-in’s with storage) were well done and functional. We’ve stayed at many places over the past 18 months that cost considerably more and we were provided with considerably less. We have family in Coeur D’Alene and this will be out new go-to place when we come into town for a visit!

We had a great time. The little kitchenette was awesome. The beds were super comfy and the room was clean. The kids had a great time in the pool. The only little things we weren’t found was that the bathroom has no lock and you can see right into it from outside the room and the room was dark.

We had a great stay here at this hotel. Hotel staff was friendly, place was very clean, complimentary breakfast was good and the place was quite. Our room was perfect for a family of 5. Its was large, full kitchenette, lots of storage and the bathroom was huge. Pool was clean and saw it being cleaned every morning. Great choice for our stay and visit to Silverwood theme park. Can't wait to come back again! Oh, after hearing our room was pet friendly. I was a bit concerned it could smell of pet urine or have stains. Not a single sign of pet anything in the room.

The manager saw we had a baby and brought extra sheets to the room herself so we could make up the sofa bed, I thought that was very nice and helpful. Our room was large and clean, and bed was very comfortable!

We arrived after 11:00 pm and while waiting to check in one customer returned to the desk to ask for new, clean sheets because upon getting to the room there were tiny hairs all in their sheets. The front desk didn’t know when they would be able to get her clean sheets. Then, another family carrying a sleeping baby came back down because upon getting to their room the sheets had been slept in and the trash cans were full and the front desk didn’t know if they had another room to put them that was clean. I was appalled. This was all before I checked in so I didn’t have a good feeling. We got to our room and overall it was fine. There was dried mud or some kind of dirt on top of one of the comforters. For nearly $300, I would expect A LOT more.

Great place to stay with children and pets. The pool and hot tub were amazing, and the kids had a blast. Room with multiple beds was great for family - even had a normal sized refrigerator and stover-top for cooking!
