I enjoyed my stay. The only thing I would’ve appreciated knowing prior to booking is the fact that the beds are quite firm. I totally understand that many people prefer this type of mattress, however for those of us suffering from nerve issues, it would’ve been nice to have had an option for a softer mattress. Otherwise everything else was amazing and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend your establishment to friends and family. Thank you!

I didn't really have any expectations for this inn, but I was immediately impressed when I walked in. Staff was friendly, room was clean and homey, the conference area was well supplied, the location was close to a lot of dining options. My family is meeting in Coeur D'alene next spring and I will be recommending the BWCDA-Inn as our first choice in lodging.

Everything was great. However the girl working the omelette station was extremely rude and disrespectful to my family. Unfortunately I watched her treat other guests like that as well it’s a shame to have that be the face of the company first thing in the morning

This was a family wedding and birthday celebration for me in my home town of Coeur d'Alene! They were very accommodating for a family dinner in the restaurant, however it was accidentally booked AM rather than PM, even after I had confirmed several times! It caused some stress getting it straightened out. This could be improved upon, and a nice reminder that 20% tip in already included in bill. Two of us accidentally added generous tips for our bills.

Clean, friendly staff, great location! Enjoyed our trip to coeur dalene and would recommend this location to friends and family.
