Our grandkids loved coming to this property for the indoor pool!! My wife and I like to work out center and the ability to do our own laundry. Most of all we are impressed with the complementary breakfast that is served at this facility There are and incredible variety of alternating food choices served each day. The fact that they serve breakfast until 10 AM is very thoughtful. Housekeeping services are great and check out at noon is also a plus!!

Everything is great at this hotel, including a super clean gym, pool and jacuzzi. The staff is fun and friendly and the room was perfect for us, a family of three. To top it all off, the breakfast area is spacious and well tended by the staff and for the sleepy heads it was nice to be able to get breakfast until 10 am. Highly recommended!!

Room was not ready for hours after we arrived. We had driven 11 hours and arrived AFTER check in time! Room type not available Due to hotel staff shortage/ room we reserved wasn’t ready or AVAILABLE! We were given "what was available" NOT AT ALL WHAT WE RESERVED. Hotel blamed Expedia for wrong room booking and said they couldn't help us because Expedia was 3td party booking agency. I reserved a Premium King Room and was given "A Handicap Accessible scaled down room. No extra seating, drab, little space in room and accommodations, Far less than acceptable. Had to repeatedly request clean linens and very frustrated with room maintenance and cleanliness. Staff apologized for what they admitted was a less than desirable room and lack of staff, Actually, even the view from the window. (We looked out onto the flat roof with ventilation structure and what looked like piles of animal feces) on closer inspection, it could have been excessive tar or other black substance used to repair cracks or seals) The front Desk clerk said Her manager apologized, but it was all they had available! I use Expedia regularly, and have NEVER been so disappointed! I paid nearly $1,500 for this room, s we were celebrating our engagement and wanted a room where we could not just “SLEEP”, but relax and visit with friends and family in the are. Entire experience was very very disappointing.

Our family loved the location of the hotel! It was within a few short steps of the river and floating dock that we walked on and watched all the hustle and bustle of the boats headed to the lake. There are also several eating options for breakfast, lunch and dinner all around the hotel. The kids loved the included breakfast and pool. We will definitely stay here again.
