Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. The pool is freezing and my kids couldn't swim which was disappointing. There is some freeway noise if you are a light sleeper. But the hotel was clean, beds comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was standard and good.

This hotel is one of my top 5. The evening receptionist was super friendly! The breakfast area was clean and plenty of space to sit and eat. My favorite thing about this hotel was the gym room because it had everything I needed from dumbbells to elliptical and enough room to workout. The kids loved the pool and I enjoyed the Jacuzzi.

I travel for family visits and solo. I want a nice, clean room and free hot breakfast. This was an extended stay and I got a beautiful room with a kitchen and couch. BEAUTIFUL! Lemon water, coffee or other hot beverages available all day. Cookies set out each evening. Nice clean breakfast area and oh, the friendliest and helpful staff I’ve ever had. Seriously, as I told everyone I met there, this is the nicest place I’ve ever stayed. I had not much of a view, but going out each day, hiking, walking around town, I got everything I could have hoped for.

We left something that had a great deal of sentimental value to our family in one of the rooms & the staff made sure & got it shipped back to us which was above & beyond & greatly appreciated!

We really enjoyed this hotel. The location is great for exploring Coeur D’Alene with family. Lots of great restaurants, stores, sights and fun things to do. and the hotel employees were very friendly and accommodating.

we were staying to get away from kids and so I could get a bath We didn’t get the room we wanted then the morning we finally get to sleep in there was an alarm in the neighborhing room had an alarm going off for an hour that woke us up at 6:30 and no one was in there and even after we called house keeping it was still another 20mins befor they turned it off

All of the staff were super nice, caring, very accommodating. Definitely pet friendly. My kids had their kitties with them. Very nice breakfast.
