Stayed with 3 kids and a dog in one of the king suites with a fold-out. Staff were helpful, parking was easy, price was great.

The hotel is filthy, the staff was slow and unfriendly. The pool was freezing cold, the hot tub was barely warm. There was hair in the bed and what looked like boogers on the bed comforter. I was hesitant to let my kids walk around the room. Not recommended. Not sure how this hotel received a a higher guest rating. Very disappointed especially for how expensive it was. Please spend your money elsewhere.

We were perfectly happy with the hotel and the service. The rooms were clean and they were friendly and helpful. I really wish they would upgrade to the higher toilets. it's easier for a kid to climb up on a high one, than for older people to fall down on a low one (at least that's what it feels like.)

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. The pool is freezing and my kids couldn't swim which was disappointing. There is some freeway noise if you are a light sleeper. But the hotel was clean, beds comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was standard and good.

This hotel is one of my top 5. The evening receptionist was super friendly! The breakfast area was clean and plenty of space to sit and eat. My favorite thing about this hotel was the gym room because it had everything I needed from dumbbells to elliptical and enough room to workout. The kids loved the pool and I enjoyed the Jacuzzi.

I travel for family visits and solo. I want a nice, clean room and free hot breakfast. This was an extended stay and I got a beautiful room with a kitchen and couch. BEAUTIFUL! Lemon water, coffee or other hot beverages available all day. Cookies set out each evening. Nice clean breakfast area and oh, the friendliest and helpful staff I’ve ever had. Seriously, as I told everyone I met there, this is the nicest place I’ve ever stayed. I had not much of a view, but going out each day, hiking, walking around town, I got everything I could have hoped for.

We left something that had a great deal of sentimental value to our family in one of the rooms & the staff made sure & got it shipped back to us which was above & beyond & greatly appreciated!
