Loved this place for our family of 5! Not only the great room but the pools were great and also covering breakfast! Love the surroundings and excitement for the kids.

very nice location and many amenities. it was close to the river and a great pathway to walk and see other restaurants and bars along the way. very family friendly many activities and a lot of people outside enjoying the area.it was also close to the roadways to get you back on your trip. would recommend to family and friends. staff was very attentive.

Very old hotel. Carpet and shower are overused and old. The lobby smells like an old mop and some hallways reak of cigarette smoke. They are extremely strict on their check-in & check out times. No grace was given either way. They will not allow you to use the pool till your room is ready. They made me and 3 other families wait over an hour till our room was ready. Shuttle drivers were both awesome and I did appreciate the free drive to the airport. Drinks at the pool are good and the ONE pool waitress was so nice working very hard to service the 14 different groups of people at the pool. Sandbar restaurant gives out large portions but the food is mediocre. Lots of people eating dinner there and enjoying the country band.

Dated property and rooms for the price, but overall clean and walkable location. Pool was mainly filled with kids and hot tub was always crowded so don’t expect it to be super adult friendly or quiet. Pillows in the room were horrible, and definitely need to be replaced. Never received our food and beverage credit we were supposed to be given as part of our stay. The inclusion of breakfast was nice, and the options were great, as was the complimentary shuttle service. If they did some more extensive updates to the rooms and upgraded amenities (like the shampoo/conditioner and pillows) it would justify the price point, otherwise there are much more updated hotels closer to downtown with similar amenities in the same price point.

Nice clean hotel. Good service. We originally had a ground floor room. Apparently a family with young kids stayed in the room upstairs who were stomping and running incessantly to where we couldn’t sleep. The front desk kindly relocated us so we were able to get our rest and leave early in the morning. Very grateful.

Extremely loud kids screaming all night up and down the halls... was told the room i was promised was not avail after i already payed the hundreds of dollars then offered a 12 dollar refund out of 300 then was told my room was empty and that another couple never showed up but would not let me move rooms like why tf even tell me then??...everything closes super early bars/ restaurants/ pool.... woke up next day the v power went out while I'm in the shower washing my hair and did not ever come back on spent the entire morning in the dark trying to pack and get ready...literally the worst experience I've ever had not even offered a free night nothing I'm highly disappointed

Overall a great stay. Rooms didn’t feel super clean. I think renovations to rooms would help. Staff was extremely friendly. We chose this hotel for the pools and hot tubs. Which did not disappoint. The kids loved it and so did we. There are breweries nearby which allowed children. They are within walking distance but it was more exciting to ride the Lime scooters which was a bonus for us. The EV charging was great. Lots of plugs available. Had to ask front desk to activate the charger with their fob card to charge.

Great for young families. Inside and outside heated pool. Free breakfast. But only had one elevator and every floor had at least 6 stairs to go up and down so you couldn’t use the carts to move your stuff to your room. Wouldn’t suggest it for handicapped or older folks.
