I was recommended this hotel by family to stay in an cute area of downtown Boise. My stay quickly went down hill when my first night I requested extra pillows and they never showed, i had half used condiments in my room, it wasn’t clean and then I proceeded to get very sick day by day after sleeping in the room. It was clearly a mold or other issue because once I left the room for 3-4 hours I was fine. Never once did I get clean towels, my trash taken out or any house keeping. Extremely disappointing. Not worth the money or the location. I wasn’t even given the opportunity to provide feedback at check out.

Wish it has a pool. Had to walk 6 blocks to the YMCA. Nothing for youth or kids to do here. Parking is close and beds are amazing.

Stayed here over a weekend for a family event. Bed was on the hard side, but the room was spacious, clean, and well kept, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Great central location, easy to walk to everything in downtown Boise and only 15 minutes from the airport.
