Hyatt Place Boise/Downtown

Room “looked” clean but when we pulled out the sofa bed we found a dirty sock from the previous person. It was late, I was tired from our 10hour drive from Colorado that I didn’t mention it. We purposely left the sofa bed out so they would hopefully find the dirty sock so that the next people who would get the room wouldn’t have to deal with the same expierence as we did. Other than that the room seemed ok. One thing I didn’t like was the fact they said they had a restaurant in house and on the website stated it was 24 hour but when we arrived (around 9:30PM) upon check in the woman helping us at the front desk states typically we can order at the bar but unfortunately, the restaurant is closing. So that was dissapointing because our family was tired and hungry and made it a point not to stop anywhere and go straight to the hotel with the idea of ordering dinner when we checked in.

The room was spacious and clean. All the staff were helpful. I would highly recommend to familys with children

It's in a beautiful area with many restaurant options and shopping as well as safe to walk around with kids and friends. Just loved everything about this hotel and it's amenities.

Great location to meet up with family from Boise. Easy to walk to restaurants. Good parking. Safe.

Extremely convenient, walkable, modern hotel in the downtown Boise area. Clean slept calmly. Downsides: noisy, overcrowded pool contained hyperactive children, no adults.

Let me start off by saying your employees are the kindest, helpful people and went so far for my family to make our stay amazing. Hyatt Place downtown Boise went beyond any hotels I’ve ever stayed at absolutely wonderful. Location was perfect, easy walking distance to enjoy all that downtown has to offer. When we return to Boise your hotel is our first stop. It’s a place to stay, it’s a “home away from home.” ❤️
