Favorite downtown spot to stay. Convenient location. We have stayed here multiple multiple times over the years, as a couple or with our family and even for girls nights!

This location was perfect to downtown and accessible to restaurants, shops, and much more. Our kids enjoyed the long pool hours. We will return!

The location was great to walk to the University, Down town shopping, Zoo and site seeing. Pool is great for younger kids. My older kids thought it was too "kidish" and no hot tub for parents. But That would not deter me from staying there again. Breakfast was good. Located walking distance from Trader Joes for snack and across from a Jacksons store too. Parking was tight but very convient.

These guys were so family friendly. We were there for a graduation in December. They had an elf on the shelf to find each day, letters to Santa. He even sent them one to their home to get when they returned. Great breakfast everyday and a cute pool. Well stay again if in Boise.

Had a great short Labor Day stay. The evening front desk ladies were very knowledgeable about the area and made dinner recommendations for us that we took advantage of. The morning breakfast options are plentiful and delicious. We did find the pool a bit chilly for our taste but the kiddos were enjoying it. The hot tub is a good size. Only issue we had was an issue with ding dong ditchers on multiple occasions. The staff were receptive to our complaints and tried to address the problem the best they could. Overall a great stay and would recommend this property.

Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and helpful. They recommend food option based on what we were looking for. The hotel was walking distance from many restaurants. Pool was great for kids, but the chlorine was a bit strong.

Don't stay on the 5th floor where the pool is. You'll hear everyone going by to the pool. The walls are paper thin. The needs are firm as well. The rest of the hotel is really nice and the room is really big. Having the trader Joe's across from it was really nice. Got some food and warmed up for the kids. Would start here again but ask for a different floor. Breakfast needed more choices.
