Terrible. Large children birthday party took over all downstairs public space. Parents drinking beer. Kids running wild down halls amd everywhere bumping into guests and screaming. Staff did NOTHING. Poor young staff member was ill equipped to manage the situation. Also bar across the street loud music until after midnight. Worse stay ever.

Our A/C wasn’t working on our first night. It was really late so I told them the next day and they switched us to another room but they never apologized or thanked us for being patient or anything courteous. Just switched our room in the computer and had us move everything to a different room. This was a huge pain to have to do with kids after a long day in the heat outside and it would have been nice if they offered me some kind of credit or even an apology. The second room was fine no problems except you could hear loud people in the hall after 1am and after 2am there was loud noises in the room on the floor above us. Free coffee downstairs. Wish there was a microwave in the room also. Clean hotel though and the bed was comfortable.

The lobby area and breakfast space were great for meeting with family who were also staying in that area. However, we had no hot water during our whole stay and the TV didn't work either. The location is not great for being able to visit downtown Savannah.
