Comfort Inn

Check in person was great, wish I had gotten his name. Hotel is clean, nice. However once that gentlemen left another came in that didn’t speak English. My kids asked for an extra blanket and he either didn’t understand or just refused to give them one. The beds are NOT queen, like we paid for, they are definitely full and we booked based on having 2 queen beds for four of us to share as we are all adults. Woke up with back pain, so not the most comfortable. Would stay here again if it was cheaper (paid $200), and we would book two rooms.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. This is the FIRST time ever staying in any Comfort Suites and the pull out bed is LOCKED. We booked two rooms and both pull outs are locked. It’s bolted down so you cannot pull it out. Vindo at the desk is NOT HELPFUL at all. He said it’s like this ALL the time. He said some people were complaining about what they saw on the bed, so the manager decided to lock them. He refused to contact the manger on duty. Said he had no way of contacting him. I asked how do you contact him in an emergency and he said he doesn’t, he calls him sometimes. I explained I have my children and grandchildren and I don’t want to get kicked all night. He said they only accommodate the room for the number of people. I told him then why are we being charged for a suite when everything is NOT available. What about COMFORT? He just continued picking up stuff around the counter with a smirk on his face. I am so disappointed I made this Resverations well in advance for Easter Sunday and I can’t cancel because it too late. We drove over 10 hours to get here and not be comfortable. Requested adjoining room because of small children and they didn’t do that. He saw it on the reservation, but put someone else in the room we should have had next to each other. Not to mention the place is extremely old and smells. This is the WORST!

The room was okay for just me. I would look for a newer hotel if my kids/grandkids were with me. The carpet and other furniture besides the bed were old and dirty, needing to be replaced. Sheets and towels were good.

The property was very conveniently located to our destination. Staff was pleasant and made extra efforts for us as we were there to attend a family member in hospice.

The room was really spacious and clean. It is a little dated but I found that to be a part of the charm! Breakfast was okay and standard. The only thing is, because of the design of the hotel, it starts to get a bit noisy once breakfast is served and you can hear people and kids talking and screaming sometimes.

My kids and I had an amazing time. Staff was great! Especially the gentleman at night! Would definitely go back

Very nice, roomy guest suite with plenty of sitting space. Decor in lobby was not fancy, but pretty. Staff very nice. Breakfast available OK. Very convenient for visiting family for us.

Was just an overnight stay. An opportunity to visit with family. Comfort Inn was excellent. I needed rest, peace and quiet. Comfort Inn provided all three.

I am very disappointed that the pool was not available the entire time I was there. It was entirely the reason I booked this hotel. I needed a pool for my kids to be at and it was incredibly disappointing that it wasn’t available. I feel like I was ripped off.
