Pet fee is pretty high. Parking is not the best when you’re checking in late. However, overall this was a good stay for my family and me. Clean. Comfy. Decent breakfast.

The website was not correct on animal fee and i was almost over charged for my pet, oe twice. However everything else was fantastic. It was agreat get away although our shower didn't work. We only used the tub Food was wonderful. Slept like a baby. Thank you so much

New and clean. When we got here, they were having problems with their card key system and were unable to issue us keys. An employee had to take us up to let us in to our room. It wasn't until noon the next day before they corrected the problem and issued us a key. We also heard childrens footsteps above our room which went on late into the night. We asked a manager if we would get compensated in some way for these inconveniences. They said they would get back to us, but they never did.

Very clean and spacious rooms, the beds were also exceptionally comfortable. What really set this property apart however, was the staff, specifically the front desk attendant who got us checked in. She went above and beyond during a stressful evening for our family. When we needed to extend our stay several days, we remained here because of how positive of an experience that first night was.

It’s a great location for visiting family and friends. It does need to make a pamphlet about their rules and procedures, Considering towel replacements, pool times and trash removal. These are simple things but putting the information together for guesses would end confusion. It’s certainly has a wonderful breakdown to visit

My family enjoyed their stay. Check in and out process was easy. The staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and spacious. My boys enjoyed the indoor pool. Breakfast was decent.

This is a great hotel for families. Free parking, 20 minute drive from Savannah historic area. Rooms are simple and have a mini kitchen with microwave, full fridge / freezer, dishes. Everything is new. Gym and pool look great (I did not use). Free breakfast is pretty good. I didn’t like finding a roach in one of the cupboards and also didn’t like seeing an employee smoking at the parking garage entrance.

Made the reservation weeks in advance. Lost card to secure reservation and had to order another. Hotel canceled my reservation the day of and had no remorse. Asked to speak to the GM no answer or call back. I choose the reserve now and at property option, do not understand why my reservation was canceled. Found another hotel who were at more customer oriented and took care of my family. I love the savannah area will NEVER BOOK at this location again.
