Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Savannah Midtown, GA

One night stay, room smelled fresh and looked very clean. The indoor pool stays open till midnight which is very nice for adult swim while kids are not there. Stores are within walking distance. Longhorn was yummy and so close.

The property was nice and clean! My family also loved the pool/hot tub area and how late it stayed open. The only issue I had was the military aircraft flying overhead throughout hours of the night. If you are a heavy sleeper though, I don't think it would be an issue as the air conditioning units provide a good bit of white noise. I do think the value and amenities outweigh my slight loss of sleep for such short trip.

First when we got there we had a AARP discount card and they wouldn’t even let us use it because we booked through third party but the lady was not specific about that days before when I called her on the phone. There was a strong cleaning smell in the lobby and room that caused my family to wake up with a stuffy nose. The pool water was so green the first night I couldn’t even see the bottom of the pool and my kids went to ask the lady if it was clean or if they could shock it. The lady told them it was clean and they added “color” to the water. Well tell me why the night before check out the water was clear in the hot tub and you could see the bottom of it (pool needed a little work still). Also I don’t know who trained housekeeping but they barely did their job.. they would take the towels but not replace them and they made our bed but not our kids. Towards the last day I saw a flea and they also had roaches crawling around outside. This wasn’t the worst stay but these are just all the cons. The breakfast was also mid.

Denied my stay because my drivers license was local and they don’t book to locals. I told her I live in Atl I just didn’t change my address. It’s 11pm and I have kids in the car. She wanted to show proof as in mail that I lived in Atl. Who carry’s mail on them I came in town for a funeral. They did not care. I won’t ever book again

Property was convenient to most everything. Breakfast was very good. However, the pool was closed for one full day with no explanations. Chose this property so the kids would have the pool during our stay.

We stayed with grandkids and liked indoor pool had a shallow and deep end and stayed open late

Great property to stay at, the big rooms are a must for families.

Staff was awesome and room set up was perfect for us traveling with little kids.

This was a last minute stop on our way back home to Grovetown, GA and was very pleased with the customer service and the cleanliness of the hotel. It was picked for the indoor pool for our grandkids. The pool is small but clean. It’s behind a strip mall and across the street from OrThorpe Mall. They have 1 washer and 1 dryer that require 2.00 in quarters for using both, but seem to be taken care of. The morning breakfast was very well stocked with waffles, eggs, sausages, fruit, cereals, toast very good! Beds are comfortable. Our room was on the 1st floor And very quiet considering it’s a on a busy back street.

My family was in Savannah for 5 nights during one of the busiest weekends. Easter & Spring Break. I wish I knew everyone’s names. The staff worked well together & supported each other as a team. Holly, the night desk clerk displayed amazing customer service. I observed her checking in multiple guests during my stay. She was so kind and understanding to every guest she served. Holly was always accessible during her shift. The girl that worked breakfast during Easter weekend was phenomenal. But the gentleman with the cap on was one of the best workers I saw. He helped out everywhere! I told him “You’re the hardest working man I know” If the staff stays the same I will definitely return. Barb great job!
