Would definitely stay here again. Perfect for family visits to SCAD

Wasn’t happy with my room not being ready at check in and had to wait another 2 hours only to be put in another room. Asked if we could have a different room and he said that they were full and literally housekeeping was rude to the front desk about cleaning. Embarrassing for him and my family. We felt like we were the inconvenience when our room should have been ready at 4pm not 6pm.

The staff was friendly and informative. The only thing you can’t have a late check out or grace period. Need better breakfast options. Air conditioning took along time to kick in. I didn’t have the energy to complain. My overall experience 1-10, 7 the staff was amazing to me and my family.

Our first night there another guest was smoking marijuana in the car garage. The hotel pretty much had no convenient drink/ snack options at the front desk. The breakfast wasn’t great and was beyond busy each time— they need a bigger area for the breakfast and more options. Our fridge in the room was broken and sometimes would freeze drinks we put in it and couldn’t fit any leftover boxes size wise. The housekeeping didn’t replace towels enough for us. Overall chose this hotel for location— right down the road from my family.

Very clean and quiet hotel within two miles of Memorial Health. Perfect place for what my wife and I needed after our baby girl was transferred to the NICU at the hospital. Would definitely stay again.

Good location for returning SCAD families bringing their Bees back to campus. Would definitely stay again. Everything was good except for the fact that there was no coffee available in the room as they claimed to have run out. They did not have a keurig so we couldn't go across the street to buy any at the Publix :( But everyone was very nice.

Impromptu trip for 4 days with my kids. The stay was great for price and location. I would definitely stay again. Breakfast was decent. Staff were friendly. Pool was maintained and open. They allowed me to check in past midnight which was amazing. And the hotel was clean.

The front desk staff seemed overwhelmed or grumpy about everything. I received an email prior to check in saying to request housekeeping prior to 9am if wanted. I did this and they said they aren’t doing housekeeping at all until after 5 nights stay. My toiletries were empty in room and the lady said “we don’t refill those”. Huh? They also said they didn’t have coffee In the morning. They didn’t have anyone to “clean up the water around the pool” so kids shouldn’t be out there. No eating in the lobby because there was “no one to clean up” Just thing after thing the lady was very grumpy and short with me and everyone I heard her speak to. It was like everything was hard.

We got in late. The staff was friendly. Parking in the garage was easy. However our room wasn't as clean as it should be. There were multiple pieces of hair in the sheets. There was also a bee in our room which was challenging for my kids.

Hotel overbooked and didnt have a room for me upon check in. They did not reach out to me ahead of time to resolve the issue. When I arrived to check in, I was handed a letter and told they did not have a room for my family.
