The Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort & Spa

Definitely a good location and easy to get to away from the crowded downtown area. Free boat shuttle makes it easy to travel back-and-forth across to River Street. only downside is the last one is at 10 PM. Would definitely like to see this later in the summer. Parking was reasonable for overnight parking compared to the area. The pool was decent. Staff kept the coolers full of water during the day. Pool bar was good. Interior bar often times, catch you waiting for a drink as they could get overwhelmed. Front desk staff was on top of it. Everyone was friendly. Stayed on Fourth of July weekend so it was a bit overrun with kids, which could be a little noisy from time to time.

This was an anniversary getaway and we made sure we told the staff upon check- in. We were offered an “upgrade” and we agreed. Our “upgrade” put us right above the main pool with the visiting Beta club kids in full swing. The room, two doors down, had a dog that barked nonstop all night…. so the room in between played music at full volume to drown out the barking dog. The carpet in the room was soaking wet. I got sick after eating at the restaurant. We complained to the front desk to no avail. The pool party continued well after midnight. Finally, by 4am, with no sleep, we left the property. We have stayed here many times but we will not be making any return visits….so disappointed.

This was a great property for my family of 4 with 2 children.

On 12th Floor, with Grandchildren, infant , No microwave in room, again on 12th floor, Only Microwave available on 1st Floor by Checking. What a Inconvenience. Never Again..

Wonderful experience from the moment we stepped out of the car! Check in at the front desk was seemless. The valet was very helpful and the gentleman who helped with our bags was very kind and knowledgeable about the property. There was smores set up by the firepit and we caught the most beautiful sunset over the city while we enjoyed the smores. The beds had comfy bedding (I wouldve preferred queen beds over doubles, but thats personal preference). The view from the room was fantastic. My children enjoyed watching ferry and other boats come and go. Overall wonderful experience from start to finish! My only complaint is that they didnt have the pool side bar & grill open and that the selection of food at the restaurant that was open, weren't really takeout or kidfriendly options. With that view, being able to sit outside and enjoy it is ideal. We ordered doordash and it came quickly enough so this wasn't a real issue during our stay, but would definitely add convenience.

I brought my family to Savannah while I was working for a quick business trip and decided to stay at the Westin because of the award they one for best family hotel and the in house amenities they could enjoy with out having to travel away from the hotel. This award was plastered all over the hotel (posters, ads, etc) but it was far from the truth especially when it came to food ordering. We tried to order items off the kids menu in all three restaurants on property but all but 1 of the 5 options were available. Uhhh. Not good when you have a hungry 6 year old. They wouldn’t even cut fresh fruit for her. So we went to the “convinence market” in the lobby and ordered a pB &j. Sorry we are out of stock. So we went Elsewhere for dinner. Oh yeah. The pool was salty and yellow. To top off our experience my premium work headphones were stolen from our room in housekeeping. Still trying to get that resolved. Sigh…

We were here for a family reunion and couldn’t have been happier with the hotel and restaurants

Feels like a resort, family friendly, beautiful property.

We really enjoyed our stay during Saint Pattys weekend. It was great, taking the ferry and not having to worry about parking in downtown Savannah. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly with lots of activities for adults and kids. The only downside is there's not a pantry area to pick up toiletries/pharmacy items, souvenirs, or snacks and the coffee shop closes for evening hours. Would have loved to buy their shampoo and body wash
