Bathroom door does not have lock by design which was big No if you have kids or need privacy.

My stay at Glo began negatively because the room my family was assigned to was not cleaned properly before we checked in. Soon after going to the room, I told the front desk rep that I found blood on the bathroom walls. I cleaned the walls and tissue holder with soap and a washcloth and showed the front desk person. He seemed like he was going to help by contacting management to see if my room could be switched quickly and anything else could be done. I checked in with the rep multiple times that night and he said he was texting and calling a female manager and the owner but never gave me a new room or rectified the situation. At the end of the night, 9:30pm, he said I should speak the owner when he arrives in the morning. The owner was at a movie with his family and could not address the bodily fluids found in my room. In addition, the bathroom floor was covered with a previous guests hair (I cleaned this up also for my children to be able to shower in a clean space). The shower also had the same type of long stringy brunette hair at arrival. Thing happen, I in understand, by the was zero urgency in getting me a clean room or having someone come up and clean it again. I was not expecting a free stay or a major discount, I just wanted another room and some effort from the front desk rep (beyond words) and the unavailability of someone on site that could help with this major issue of blood in a new guests room. Very disappointing! The gym was good.

Everything was great. Only thing that was frustrating was the fact we couldn’t bring our breakfast to the room. We have two young children and it would have just been so much easier to feed them there.

Wheater was great, front desk Theron was friendly and the cleanness of the hotel was amazing! Breakfast was enough and different options for kids and adults. I love it. We will definitely be coming back soon!

From check-in, I just felt like there wasn’t any care from the staff. The man checking me in was on the phone the entire time and then spoke with another customer while I was checking in. I understand a deposit, though it was extremely high ($150), but giving me a paper, handing me the keys, and not giving me any information about breakfast times or where things are located is just bad service. The fridge didn’t seal and I saw spots of black mold and rust along the top and bottom of the shower. Additionally, the walls are paper thin and you could hear every little thing. The deposit paperwork warned that a person could be kicked out for a noise complaint and so I was on edge, worried that my toddler would get us kicked out for being “too loud”. I’ll just add, because why not? Parking was also terrible. There are at least 2 other hotels that all share that parking area and it was difficult to find anywhere to park. All around, it was a poor experience and I will not be returning.

Our stay was fine. The hotel was clean and looked exactly like online. The only issue we had was that it must have had children right above us and they were running and bouncing for a long time.

The staff were very pleasant, the room was nice, just a couple issues that were not worth reporting. The breakfast is the reason we chose this place as my small child loves the idea but it was extremely disappointing and non existent; they had cereal and no milk, some fruit cups and apples. Someone definitely didn't want to be bothered on that.

My family and I stayed one night. The shower had hairs in it. There was some reddish material splattered in the corners of the shower that looked like old blood or iodine. There were old blood or stains on the curtain blind, the alarm clock radio looked like it was stained with old blood or iodine. There was some foreign material in the backrest of the desk chair and weird stains on the lounge chair and drawer seat top. There was also a weird grease stain on the wall. The only thing that looked cleaned were the bedsheets. I cleaned the shower myself as my family was too tired to change rooms after traveling all day. I do not recommend staying here.

Choose this hotel for our stop on the way. Hotel kept the $300 deposit for the 2 rooms booked absolutely theft at this point. Claimed both rooms had urine all over it and other damages. Me and my family arrived the showered slept and was on our way. 1st Will be filling a complaint with the Georgia attorney general's consumer protection division for this theft. 2. Will file a complaint with federal trade commission. 3rd. will Also will file for a refund on my capital one credit card. 4th. will file a complaint with hotels.com.

Modern, clean, designed by a zoomer for 12 year olds. The shades didn’t cover the window and a street light in the parking lot shined in brightly. The lamps were complicated and produced little light - had to use my phone flashlight. The bowl sink looked cool but left little space for a family of four. The shower looked cool but had little water pressure. Clean but not functional place
