Great stop for the family on our road trip to Florida

It was just an average place. Nothing special. Staff at front desk were very nice and pleasant. Stayed with my husband and baby, felt safe. Breakfast was good.

I stay for 1 night with my family while traveling. It was a clean, quiet place and the free breakfast was good. Overall a good experience and I would stay again

Happy with the check in for my family after traveling long hours with our dog. Facility appeared clean, the bedsheets , bathroom and bed were clean, however the room overall was not as clean. We opened the curtains and there was dirt of some sort spread across the top of the AC unit and window sill. I gave it 3 stars also because the rooms all have rugs in them and for a pet friendly hotel it only makes it stuffier to sleep in.

The staff was amazing, the room was very clean and accommodating. Definitely a place I would recommend to family and friends. Even my puppies had a good time.

We have stayed here in the past, but haven’t been here for about three years. I wasn’t sure if it would be run down or not. We were super impressed! It is very clean. Our shower was hot. The appearance of everything is nice and clean and it smells good when you walk in the lobby. They have a pool for my kids and husband! The only thing I recommend is wear bug spray if you are walking a dog. It is very buggy around the back, but that is the climate and area. Other than that we are completely happy! I would highly recommend! A great deal for the money! Breakfast is good and coffee is strong!

We booked a last minute stay and it was wonderful. Staff was very friendly and my child loved the breakfast and indoor pool. We would definitely come back when in the area.

This was a nice hotel. We were thinking it would be easier to walk to restaurants with young kids but it was not. This said, there was lots in the area which was an easy and close drive.

We stay here regularly and it is our go-to when meeting family to take our elderly mom to have holidays with other family. Unfortunately, this time, I saw 2 live roaches in our bathroom. Disheartening!

Overall my family has stayed here before in the past and had no problems. The front desk ladies we always pleasant to work with. This particular time the management is very rude and distasteful!! When we checked we asked if late check out was an option and the front desk personnel said yes and made the necessary adjustments to my booking. She informed us that late check out was 1pm which was perfect being I had an important appointment to be to and didn’t want to disturb my family’s rest. My daughter informed me that, we’re assuming the owner/manager (Indian guy) came pounding at the door at 11:45-12p saying, “you need to leave and get out”. He stood there in the doorway repeatedly saying “there is no late check out get out”. No arguing my daughter complied, gathered our belongings and waited downstairs for my return. Once I heard word of this I quickly ended my appointment to return to find my family downstairs in the lobby with our things. I spoke with the front desk person (different from check in) and she said our room was indeed noted and late check out wasn’t until 1p. That this is apparently a common thing he does with guest. This is unacceptable and he will never get my business again!
