Terrible service. Extra sheets weren’t provided. And they didn’t want to give us more. Everything in my family (6 of us) slept terrible due to the terrible pillows. Coffee was bad too at breakfast. Building was nice and clean though

Our first night before traveling internationally great. When we tried to check in for our return home trip we learned that they have our room away and had no concern that my family of five has no where to stay.

We missed our flight and had to overnight at the property. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room was very clean. I would recommend this property to family and friends.

I really like the layout of the hotel and the hotel room, it was spacious and roomy. It also was a comfortable and relaxing environment and the lobby of the hotel was beautiful, will definitely recommend to friends and family. 10 out of 10!

Our stay (2 adults and 2 children) was pleasant from check-in to check-out. Staff was friendly and very professional. The staff went above and beyond to make our family feel welcomed.

At check-in, the "beer party " going the lobby made check-in difficult. Could not hear with the number of children running around and screaming.

Really enjoyed this hotel. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and beautiful! Had a crib delivered to our toddler within minutes of getting into the room. Will definitely stay here again

The accommodation was right outside the skyline link to hop on and be straight back to a shuttle for the international airport Good size room as we are a family of 4 so the big king bed and pull out sofa bed was ideal We missed breakfast as had an early check in but ideal for anyone on a layover

Comfortable bed! Great place for families! First hotel I’ve ever seen with a trundle bed instead of pull-out sofa. Also love the toilet in a separate room from the tub.
