The tv didn’t work most of the time I was there they came and tried to fix twice and it went out again I just gave up because another guest said they was having same problem so I just watched my laptop. I seen a baby roach in my bathroom. The housekeeping didn’t come one time and I was there for four days. The front desk people and the Engineer person was very nice. I would stay her again and probably wouldn’t recommend anyone else to either.

Concierge made my day by honoring a 3rd party website making a mistake. Could have turned my family trip into a nightmare but he came through!

Super comfy place to stay! Great black out curtains. Roomy shower. Comfortable bed. Much nicer than the other Atlanta Airport hotel (SpringHill Suites) that we tried, and more affordable. They have a shuttle (not air train) from the domestic terminal. The shuttle is more convenient in the sense that you get picked up from where the international shuttle drops you, and goes to the door of the hotel (great if you have a lot of luggage), but only runs every half hour. The Airtrain runs more frequently but you have to take an elevator up and then walk a block or two to your hotel. Some Atalanta airports hotels have shuttles, others have the Airtrain, all go from domestic terminal so good to know also you’ll need to take a 30 minute shuttle to get to international terminal after getting to the airport. This hotel usually does not include breakfast, but they have a breakfast buffet and it’s free for kids and $14 for adults. I recommend this hotel.

My daughters and I were in town for the weekend and decided to stay at this hotel because we stayed at an Hotel Indigo in L.A. Well the experience was not the same. Upon our arrival, we had to wait for 1 hour before a room was assigned. Btw, the room was paid for in advance. Our linen on both bed had urine stains on them. We ask for sheets to be change, it never happened. The manager acussed me of having 2 small children, needless to say my daughters are adults. The manager was very rude and mean. She refused to take accountability for things that happened at the hotel. There was broken furniture in pur room. The ceiling needed repairs, as it looked like it was going to cave in. There was 2 washclothes in the room for 3 ppl. When asked if someone could bring more towels to the room, she told me that i would need to walk to the front desk get more towels. Our room hadnt been cleaned since we arrived. We were told to put used towel in the hall before getting clean towel. I would not recommend this hotel to ANYONE. The staff was rude and disrespectful!!! Oh and might i add my daighters and i went to the nearest walmart to purchase sheets for our bed, because there was dirty linen on the beds upon check in. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL‼️

The experience was awful, to say the least. We were a family of four, with two kids, staying there just for a few hours, because we were on a very brief layover. We arrived there at about 11:00 pm, and told the guy at the reception we have a very early international flight at 6:00am. The lady driving the shuttle was there as well, and she said she will be driving us back to the airport in the morning as well . He said we should be downstairs at 4:00 am, the free shuttle leaves every 30 min and leaving 2 hours early early will be enough, being so early in the morning. We got downstairs at 4:00 am sharp. Ask the same receptionist from the evening before if the shuttle is ready and he said it would be about 10 min. At about 4:15am we politely asked again, and he said it’s minutes away. At 4:25am we asked again, and he said it’s 5 min away. We stepped outside, waited five minute in the cold (it was around 45F), and asked the guy again what’s going on, we are about to loose our flight, should we take a cab? He locks the main door so now I’m yelling through a locked glass door if the shuttle is near. The shuttle finally arrived at 4:35. The lady driver is upset, with us, I think because of the receptions checking on her location multiple times. She drives us towards the airport, and drops us of at the airport shuttle stop, instead of the terminal and says good luck, the shuttle comes every 45 min. Between the two, they are the rudest, most inconsiderate people I’ve encountered ever

I don’t usually leave reviews, but the staff at this hotel was excellent. Johnnie checked in my large family, helped us get a better room and provided us with extra linens. I observed him to be just as great with other patrons—in the middle of a city-wide electrical outage. The room was clean and comfortable as well. We had a wonderful stay.

The hotel was really nice and convenient for attractions. The staff was extremely nice, the night front desk staff was very helpful. The only downfall was we thought there was FREE hot breakfast not pay by person and the charge was very high for a family of 4. Otherwise our stay was great will likely visit again

Staff was very unfriendly and not helpful at all. We booked a double queen bedroom, and they gave us a king size room with only one bed. We had 3 children and 2 adults in a one bedroom. They were not very accommodating to us. We will never stay there again. If Atlanta had not had so much going on and all the hotels booked, I would have moved hotels.

There was no one at the front desk, waited for nearly a half hour to check in. He was working alone and had to go find two baby cribs. The waiter in the restaurant was outstanding and very friendly.
