There is no shuttle to this hotel even though it is stated. Had my 2 small children after a long flight waited for an hr to get on the shuttle only to find out we needed to jump on the rental car shuttle and make our way to the sky tram. After the sky tram we walked 2 blocks to the hotel with all our luggage. The bed sheets were filthy and hair was found on the counter in the bathroom and all over the pillows so gross. Only shuttle they have is a small suv that brings you the 2 blocks to the sky tram ridiculous
