Our family of 3 stayed a night before an early flight. The lobby is beautiful. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Service was impeccable. We loved the room. The artwork throughout the hotel is awesome. Steps away from skytrain to terminal. We will stay again!

For some reason Atlanta can not figure out that people fly 24hrs from all over the world. They need to do a better job, like hyatts in other major hubs. They need to get your flight info, not expect you to call from the air on a long flight after a flight delay. They need to be more accommodating, I called, I asked in person a week before and still I ended up driving home after no sleep with children because they couldn't figure things out! Plus they really could have accommodated if they had wanted! I'm pretty sure people have left their hotel at all hours to catch flights!
