Embassy Suites Atlanta Airport

My family and I arrived at the hotel late on Wednesday, around 12:30 p.m. Waited 40 mins being 2nd in line.We discovered our shower was broken the next morning, and it took them four hours to move us due to my handicap. However, I went to get into the shower and their shower chair wasnt installed correctly and i fell into the tub hitting my right side of my face and my shoulder. When I asked for a copy of the incident report, they said they could not find it and would contact me on Monday.

The property was nice however the staff was rude also there was about 50 kids running around and even dancing in the bar area. I tried to get drinks to escape children but they were allowed in the bar. The bartender and restaurant host started arguing about who would help the customers. The Ac Unit in my room made a noise 24/7 and the staff was non responsive. The remote to the tvs doesn’t work you had to manually get up and turn the channel. Bar closed at 10 however the bar tender closed at 940 she started yelling that’s it I’m closed not getting anything else. I never been treated so bad in my life at a hotel

Wasn't given the room I booked, wanted me to put my kids on a pull out bed, it was terrible. Brown and Black stuff was spilled all over it. So then they split my family up into multiple rooms. I called before booking and asked them if the indoor pool was heated, they advised me it was. Then the pool was cold as ice, the front desk told me oh no its not heated. My family was without a room for almost an entire day. Then we all left and came back for breakfast and was locked out of our room. Took maintenance forever to come get into our room, making us late for different things. I will never I repeat never stay at this location again and will advise everybody I know to stay clear. I talked to multiple people at this hotel and they experienced similar issues.

Very very very disappointed booked this location specifically for the indoor pool. Got checked in, went straight to the pool, and it was so cold you couldn't even enjoy it. I am upset because I ask before checking in if the pool was in working order. I have a very upset grandchild!

Booked this as a weekend getaway for the family. We planned to just relax and lounge around the pool. I called before booking to make sure that the pool was functional and was assured it was good. We were coming from very cold weather and really looking forward to enjoying ourselves. The pool was ice cold. I found out from the desk attendant that the heater has been out for a while and they are waiting on a part to fix it. When I asked why this wasn’t told to me when I asked before booking two days prior and was told “You can still go in it, it’s just going to be cold” Seriously? It was unsafe. On top of that, when we tried to purchase snacks from the store area, we were told that they would only take cash. We did not have any on hand so we left empty handed with some very disappointed kids. The hotel is nice and clean, but unless they do some improvements in being more customer friendly and having the amenities that they advertise, I would not recommend.

There were cockroaches in the wet bar sink, carpet and bathroom! Not to mention the bathroom is unclean. The receptionist did not seem to care at all, when I brought this to his attention. I travel with three small children, including my infant baby so it’s a very unpleasant experience for us. Embassy Suites used to be one of our favorite hotels. We have our monthly work meetings at the Arcadia ( branch in California) , and whenever I am on tour for business, we usually stay at Embassy Suites and we have always had a satisfactory experience . So in short, this kind of service was very unexpected and I am appalled at the lack of empathy thr staff showed. We couldn’t sleep or shower peacefully ! I will need a refund because nobody with a family should have to undergo such an experience, especially after we travelled nearly six hours- with the expectation of a good night’s sleep at least.

The property was clean and the staff was very friendly and courteous. The rooms were adequately cooled and clean. I would absolutely recommend this property to family and friends.

BEWARE!!! Nasty dirty and they don’t care ! There was CHEWED gum out of someone’s mouth , a cup with mouth prints and water in it , hair in the tub, food on the counter smeared like jelly and the bottles of shampoo, body wash were EMPTY!! I requested for cleaning service to please come remove the gum , replace cup, clean counter as it was very late and my child needed to go to bed it was nearly 11pm. They said they would send someone up . 15 minutes later they call to say nobody is coming but I can switch rooms … that means wake my sleeping child up get her back dressed and repack everything back in our bags . It was extremely late at this point and I told her I was completely exhausted and delirious from exhaustion and she basically did not care . No credit or refund ever offered . To make things worse I wake up and hop in the shower at 5 am and every single bottle of shampoo , body wash was EMPTY!!! Not good !!!

ROACHES in my hotel room. Please do not stay here. Tons of loud kids running around at all hours of the night. Had kids throwing food from the 3rd floor down on my family sitting in the lobby. This hotel charges too much for roaches. I would NEVER stay here again. Worst hotel experience in many years.

The staff was courteous, professional and very helpful. My room was clean, lots of towels and best of all the climate in the room was very cool. My stay wS very comfortable. I would absolutely recommend Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Airport to friends and family.
