I can’t even believe how bad it was…. I’ve stayed at hundreds of hotels. Some great ones, some not great ones. But I’ve never stayed somewhere quite this bad, service and environment wise. The outside area is fine, the location is fine, the restaurant is mediocre. But when we arrived, I had booked a king suite for me and my husband. They sent us on a scavenger hunt to find our room, and when we got there, it was a suite with 2 double beds instead of a king. No big deal, we’ll just go ask to be put in the correct room. When we got back to the front desk, the lady there asked if we “touched anything” like 5 times… no. We walked in, it was the wrong room, please put us in the right one. They gave us a new room, but acted as if we were the ones who messed it up. When we arrived to our new room, it was a standard king room, not a suite. Annoying since it’s not what we paid for, but whatever, it’ll do. But then, down the hall from us was a group of people, adults and children alike. It sounded like a few different rooms having a party going back and forth to each others rooms. Until well after midnight we got to listen to yelling, doors slamming, banging on doors, children screaming and crying. Just absolutely no common courtesy or consideration. The worst part is, this hotel is really big… and it was pretty empty. So it felt like they put us next to this noisy bunch on purpose.

Great hotel and great restaurant food! Had to ask 3 times to get my car valet parking! Tried 3 times to baggage porter to get our bags he least offered to get a the cart for us. Booked two identical rooms for family wedding. My daughters room did not have couch like my room that I paid to the same! And they had our rooms on different floors.

The front desk person and bar lady were very nice and helpful. The hotel could use a refresher. Room 503 smelled oppressively of mildew and hot garbage. There were people yelling in the hall and babies crying all night long and the walls and door are so thin that you can hear everything. We used the pool and they kept coming to ask everyone at the pool if they were actual guests of the hotel. It was rude and awkward like we were staying at a dive hotel. If you don't want people using your pool, install a key access to the pool like every other hotel on earth. Problem solved.

The stay at this location was extremely disappointing. I was there to work a wedding that was also a family member. I was running around all day as well as going to the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner. Afterward I did beauty treatment on the bride and bridesmaids in the wedding. To say I was exhausted when I got back to my room would be an understatement. When trying to sleep I was constantly disturbed by kids next door yelling and screaming with no adult supervision. After calling the the desk twice (because they still continued to yell) I finally fell asleep at 3:45am with a 7 am call to help with hair for the bridal party. None the less that set the president for my weekend.)thumbs down)
