The hotel staff was great! We arrived about an hour before normal check in time, but they were able to get us a room anyway. I am so grateful because I had my two little ones who had been in the car all day and needed to run around and stretch their legs! The staff was very kind and welcoming.

Multiple great experiences here. When visiting Augusta, this is our go-to hotel. It’s affordable, clean, has a complimentary breakfast, and the staff are amazing. The friendly staff is what has won us over. They engage and interact with the guests. They even remember us from visit to visit, ask about our family, and give our toddler his favorite snack.

My family and I were moving from MS to VA so we decided to spend a night in this hotel to continue with the road trip next morning and it was awesome we loved our stay; the room was nice and clean. The breakfast was delicious. And the price was good. We will stay in this hotel again.

We stayed in the family suite. It was wonderful to have so much space! Breakfast was wonderful and the staff was friendly. The view from our window was questionable with the run down (or maybe construction?) next door, but nothing that would keep me from returning.

The staff was amazing and went out of their way to help me and my family be as comfortable as possible. Breakfast was delicious the next morning and included biscuits, gravy, eggs, sausage, waffles, and fruit and cereal. My son left his school tablet in our room and the staff called me to see what they could do to get it to me. I was already 7 hours away by the time I was able to return their call but the manager worked with me to get it sent home. If I am ever back in Augusta we will definitely be staying here.

I have stayed here several times when I visit family. The service was excellent as always. I have never had an issue when visiting. The hotel seemed humid and the room was moist and the bed was damp from the humidity. I’m not sure how this happens, it may not be something that could be helped. The staff was very helpful when we locked ourselves out of the bathroom!
