It was so noisy that I woke up several times at night. It sounded like people or kids upstairs were stomping and talking loudly. Maybe the floor and walls are not thick enough? Not sure what to think. Breakfast was great.

I love a hotel that’s not overly crowded and this hotel is definitely it. Staff was top tier. Rooms were comfortable and cozy for my family of 4. I went and worked out in the gym early one morning and they have a lot of equipment and it’s actually a decent size gym. The complementary break was amazing! I only wish they have non pork options but even though they didn’t the options for food were pretty broad my family and I are from Atlanta and sometimes we just pick a hotel to get out of the house for the weekend and we truly had a pleasant stay.

We travel a great deal…Stayed at this property after deciding to bring our dog on this trip, expecting to get a frumpy room due to this. Our room was an amazing suite, clean and beautifully decorated. Did not expect how nice and pleas ant it was going to be, because they usually give you crap rooms when you want pet accommodations. The staff and all services available were impeccable. We usually stay at Crowne Plaza and leave the dog with family, moving forward we will look for Hyatt House accommodations and bring our dog on trips. Hyatt House properties are Gold in my eyes, continue everything you are doing, it’s perfect. See you soon.

I loved my stay @this hotel. I will be back. After the day I had @the airport & trying to get the rental car. The bed was very soft & I sleep like a baby.

Let families with little children’s and toddlers stay on the lower floor. That was the only situation which we knew was out of your control to have them making noise but they took care of it. You want to care about right away so that’s my only suggestion. Thank you so much and now see you next time

This property was convenient to the children’s hospital which is what we were looking for. There was construction going on in the lobby of the hotel which made it difficult to navigate. The elevators were also not working properly and the room was really loud as it overlooked an overpass that was under construction. The blinds in the room were automatic and lacked instructions on how to use them which was frustrating. Although there was a kitchenette, it was stocked with very little equipment and no paper towels. Finally the beds were very uncomfortable and one of them dipped in the middle. Overall, it’s definitely not a hotel I would stay at again.

i was highly impressed with this property. i definitely expected it to be more money than it was. it was so cute. and very comfortable. and extremely family friendly. the kitchenette was perfect for my 4 day stay. they had games by the pool, a fire pit an outdoor patio behind the bar, ample parking, made to order omlete breakfast, i mean they had everything. and it was close to downtown atlanta without having to get on the highway. highly recommend.
