My trip was amazing. I drove 15 hours to come to the very friendly set of staff. It was mainly sofia she’s a very hard worker that has many different tasks to do and get them all done with a smile. My room was quiet and clean and comfortable and I slept like a baby And the morning breakfast was yummy. Thank you so much. I will definitely come back.

Night Shift front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. I was first placed on a connected room and did not feel comfortable with that since I did not have family or friends staying on the next room, so I asked for a room changed and they helped me with that. Breakfast was good and had good variety. Had a pretty clean room.

We had a wonderful stay that started out a little rocky! I reached out to the property weeks before our stay to ensure we were able to have a crib/pack n play in the room at check in as we were traveling with an infant. The team confirmed and ensured us that we would have it in the room at checkin. When we arrived, there was no crib in the room and the front desk indicated there were none available and that we needed to check back the next day at 12. Thankfully we were able to get a crib the next day, but it was stressful to figure out safe sleeping arrangement on arrival night. The rest of the stay was nice! The parks nearby are great for families!

Arrived to the hotel after a braves game at 1130 pm and was immediately hit with a cigarette and weed smell. Upon returning to the lobby, we were told they were overbooked along with several other families were told to wait just 15 min for a clean room. The receptionist disappeared and our rooms were not ready until almost 2am. We were promised that the hotel would call hotels.com to give a refund for the poor service. The next morning at checkout we were informed that the hotel cannot do that and thererore were not compensated for the stay. We will not be returning.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly and courteous... I will definitely stay there again next year when we are in Atlanta for the yearly family fun run :)
