Homewood Suites by Hilton Atlanta / Perimeter Center

The first room we had it was very hard to open the door and the hall had a very bad smell, the next room was the same thing plus the room did have a telephone. The? Breakfast was false advertising.. The pool area, the pool had too much bleach in the pool. They're kids running a round in the hotel up 4:30 in the morning very disturbing.

Very comfortable! Me and the kids enjoyed our staycation!

Overall was great. Promised the kiddos a swim cause they have an indoor pool but the entire time we were there it was closed. Nobody would say why because the pool looked clean and everything “seemed” to look operational but again, no explanation as to why, so that sucked. Also, dishwasher was not emptied or cleaned from previous tenant. We had to wash all the dishes because they were dirty and dishwasher was never ran or checked when room was cleaned before our stay. I used hotel.com to book hotel.com for about 10 years. This one is the worst I have ever had!! It was a terrible experience, but I have to recall now. We had all day and came to the hotel at around 10pm. When I checked in, the front desk told me they had no booking room for me. The reason is oversold! I was shocked as I took my family and we were all very tired for the long drive. I ordered a two-queen bed. But they said no. I begged them, and they said nothing. About one hour later, they said there is a room. I asked them if it was a two queen bed. They said yes. I got the card-key, and took my family to the room, we found just one bed there! They are cheating us. I came down to the front desk, they knew what I did, and they had no explanation or apologized. They threatened me that if we do not live this room we will have any room to stay the night. I saw it was already midnight. I came back to my room and slept on the floor. I want to complain about this horrible hotel! I want them to give us an apology. I want to get the compensation!!!

ROACHES!!!! Do not stay here. I booked 2 suites for my parents. They were visiting for a family birthday party. Roaches came out at night in the kitchen. Hallways and trash cans by elevator over flowing with garbage! The woman that checked us in was so rude. And to think, we spent $1200 for this vacation. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else!!!

Room was nice and had everything needed in kitchen. We booked a stay for 2 adults and 2 children with 1 king bed and a double pullout sofa. No bedding was in the room for the sleeper sofa and when i called the desk to inquire, i was told i needed to come to the front desk to get it. It would have been better if it was in the room or offered at checkin based on the beds and occupancy indicated in my reservation. Also, only 3 bath towels for 4 people and shower gel container was empty ( no bath soap given). These are large containers on shower wall that had not been checked and filled prior to our one night stay. Breakfast was substandard. Attendant was obviously overwhelmed as everything from food, beverages, and plates and utensils were empty the entire 30 minutes we were there. Line to make a waffle was 30 minutes because there is only one waffle maker. 2 would be an easy solution. Sausages were undercooked and eggs were cold. Had the area been stocked properly and food cooked and warmed well, it would have been a very nice breakfast. Hotel and room is clean and very nice looking.

I felt this was a very good hotel, and very spacious room for the money. We had 3 adults and 3 children in one room and had plenty of room. Room was very spacious and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

I doubt that it could have been helped but the indoor pool was out of service during our stay. Unfortunately that was 90% of why we chose the hotel. Grandkids were very disappointed.

My stay was great. We stayed overnight after attending a family event. The room was nice, staff was courteous amd breakfast was pleasant.
