Crowne Plaza Atlanta Perimeter at Ravinia, an IHG Hotel

I had a wonderful stay. Everything was great. I realy enjoyed the restaurant and the the walking trail. The room was very clean and the bed had me sleeping like a baby. This is where im staying from now on.

Amazing staff , valet was nice, rooms were clean, bar area inside and out was super nice. Breakfast was omggg delish and me and my family had wonderful time and we can’t wait to come back

Property set in a great location close to shopping, restaurants, and activities. Room was a great size for two adults and two kids. Room decor was very modern and nice but definitely showed signs of wear on the couch, desk chair and side tables. Tub/shower in need of updates as the bottom of the tub was peeling and the top had rust. Parking garage was super tight but that’s to be expected in the city. Overall we had a good stay, however next time we might try a newer property.

Exceptional stay. So glad we’ve found a hotel to call home when visiting family in ATL. The property is impeccably maintained, very clean and modern. Decor for the holidays was very festive but not tacky or overdone. The room was normal size—no bells and whistles but, again, clean and well maintained. Bed was comfortable, though pillows could use an upgrade. Housekeeping came every day. The gym was nice, as was the pool according to my mother’s partner. Staff was beyond friendly and helpful—always opened car doors when we arrived, answered any questions we had and even gave my son a little goodie bag! Then, in the back of the property, there is a little forest type of area, a little oasis away from the city, which was very quaint! They even had lights lining the pathway, water fountains, mini ponds, areas along the path with tables and chairs for folks to enjoy the outdoors. Lastly, the location was great. Walking distance from the large Perimeter Mall and a Starbucks, 30 mins from the airport, 2miles away from a lovely playground with walking trails. I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel and our stay.

The hotel room was amazing. Just enough room for my family! Sadly it was a quick stay so couldn’t experience much. Everyone was super friendly

The main lobby and 1st floor looks amazing while the rooms are just OK. Indoor pool which was ok, not bad. Good with kids. Not luxury. There is a mall across the street that has food and clothing stores. Hotel stops selling food early so no late night eating. Also, call to assure double beds ahead of time. I'm sure I booked double beds via Expedia but the hotel had none available so I had to order a cot which was not expected.

The hotel is beautiful and feels like you are in a movie when you walk into the lobby! The room is standard but was clean and refreshing. The staff was polite and personable. My family and I enjoyed our staff, and we would stay at the Crowne Plaza again!!

Room was clean & lobby was nice. Pool was okay. However, the parking situation was absolutely ridiculous. On top of what we paid for our room, we had to pay $8-16 for parking every single time we left the hotel (which were several times a day). Also there were separate elevators from parking deck, to lobby, to guest floor. Very inconvenient. We were unable to find a luggage cart upon arrival (& no one to ask for help) so we were forced to carry everything (plus two children) to the 9th floor. From the parking deck to our room was way harder than it should have to be. We also asked for an extra laundry bag day two & we're ignored.

Had booked 2 double beds for my family well in advance. Upon arrival I was told the hotel was sold out and that we would have to take 1 king bed. Family of 4 with one bed!!! Staff was rude and bot accommodating. Will never stay here or another IHG property again.

Good stay. Nice hotel. Stayed in the corner rooms with queen beds - quite spacious for a family stay.
