Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Atlanta N-Perimeter Mall, an IHG Hotel

This hotel is nice the two dudes that work the front desk were pleasant the young lady that was at the desk when it was time to check out wasn’t pleasant at all. I gave it one star because of the inconvenience upon check in and during our stay we could not receive keys to our room so leaving in and out our room we had to always go to front desk for someone to let us in our room and doing that you had to wait because of corse they were gone letting other guests in there room this was a bit to much traveling with 2 Whining toddlers On top of that only one elevator worked the who experience gave me a red flag, the hotel offered a list of places that deliver food I used the number on the list which is to dominoes pizza order at at 4:00pm never received order come to find out the number on the list is not the correct number to order pizza to deliver to that hotel. Eventually found the right dominoes to still not receive our order and had a hassle about my order still for them to just take my money and I received no food but the room itself was nice and the pool was out of order and none of the ice machines worked smh.

The room I was provided didn't have a privacy shade, just some cheap plastic mini blinds. The room faces the Hampton hotel and the parking lot, so at night the bright red Hampton sign and the parking lot lights kept my room illuminated all night. I presented the issue to the clerk at the registration date and I was told there was nothing that could be done. Day 2 I was told I would be moved to another room, when I approached the desk to see where I would be moved to, once again I was told nothing could be done. Essentially, I had 4 sleepless nights. Then there's the maid and/or room service. My hand towel and wash cloths were taken day 2 and day 3 and not replaced. I went to the front desk and ask for a wash cloth and hand towel. I was given 2 bath towel with a blue strip down the middle. I borrowed a wash cloth from a family member so I could bathe properly. I ask room service again on day 4 for a wash cloth, hand towel and bath towel. When I returned later that evening, once again no towels, I has to call the front desk to request towels. This should never happen, if you take a towel from a room you should replace it with a fresh towels. This stay at Holiday Inn was not good.

We had reservations, but after arriving at 10pm, we were told rooms didn't get cleaned, so we were not able to stay. He offered us a room with s king bed but we are a family of 4 with teenagers. That's unacceptable. I insisted the front office staff find us accommodations. We were able to stay at the Hampton Inn next doorfor the same price but the rooms are much smaller and accommodations not as nice. I'm very disappointed.

The property is in a quiet and nice location. Very clean. Close to shopping and dining. Breakfast was a delight and the morning breakfast guy was very friendly and helpful to my family and I. Parking was full at night so I recommend coming back to your room before it gets too late unless you want to park on the garage a little further than normal parking. Only small complaint was our refrigerator would not stay closed for some reason but no big deal I let the wonderful staff know so that the issue could get handled. Pleasant stay for 2 nights overall.

Stayed 1/13/24. Hallways and elevator smelled like a dirty ashtray. Was placed in an adjoining room to a baby who woke up every hour crying. He might as well have been in my room. I could here the parent finally say shhhh. No sound proofing whatsoever and only an apology from the front desk the next day. No trash can in the room. TV remote did not allow for channel guide so you have to scroll through each channel. $50 security deposit due at check in even though I already paid for the room. Pretty ghetto... Finally, and pretty trivial, the front desk is situated right next to the automatic front door. As your standing there the door continuously opens and closes because it is sensing you. Nice cold wind blowing while you're trying to check in. I would pick somewhere else to stay next time.

Great for a family or solo trip. Friendly staff. Great breakfast.

We had a great stay last minute. The staff at the check in were friendly. Our room was missing towels but the front desk gave me some when I went to ask. The only main issue we had was that there were no sheets or blanket for the pullout bed that we needed. We tried to ask the front desk when we discovered it but couldn’t find anyone to help us at that time and we had to get our little ones to bed.

This hotel was a fabulous experience for myself, my husband, and four children. The location was safe and convenient. All of the staff we came into contact with were excellent and friendly, especially the breakfast staff who we spoke with every day. The only thing in one of our rooms that was broken was the sink was wobbly and sideways but that's really the only thing which I think is great compared to the many complaints I have had with recent other hotels. Would definitely stay here again!

This place is so clean and compostable. I want to stay forever ( my kid said)

we stayed 3 days, last day was terrible. there'z no water, no breakfast. they didn't even informed us there was a water problem. Heater was not working at room. They didn't offer any compensation for our inconvenience. They told me to wait for 2 hrs(but not sure) to take shower and check out. whole night and morning there'z no water. We can understand things can happen like this. but they inform us what's going on & we will be ready for that. They closed the kitchen as well. We requested for compensation and they refused. Lift was also stopped. we had to take stairs till 5th floor. Our child was suffered a lot last day.
