Hyatt Place Tampa Airport/Westshore

We stayed here with our kids before an early flight the next day. Our room was big and in the lobby was a kid’s corner with some games and activities which was nice. The free breakfast had a lot of options. We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was in a great location. Only 8mins from the airport and walking distance to restaurants and bars. Short drive from downtown and attractions. Beds were small for family of 4. Breakfast wasn't that great. Staff was very friendly.

We were there for only 1 night but can see out family spending more days there. Very close to airport

Not close enough to the zoo, still took 25-30 min with traffic . Pool was too small and packed with no shade areas in it or toddler friendly areas anywhere. Breakfast was like bad cafeteria food.

Easy access from/to airport and major destinations in Tampa. My son and his family live in Tampa and Hyatt Place is my choice every time I visit from New Jersey.

The service from ivett at the front desk. Free popcorn upon arrival, kids love it. Breakfast was really good !!!

We came in town for Monster Jam and wanted a nice hotel, that is absolutely what we got! Clean and huge room, good tv stations, comfy bed, my family and I felt very safe there and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! Would definitely stay here again!

The staff was amazing. We arrived after midnight and the fridge in the unit had been turned down to the lowest setting. We urgently needed to keep our baby's breastmilk cold so the front-desk person got us a big bucket with ice to keep everything cold while the fridge cooled down. I'm sure they would've normally just given us another room, but it was Thanksgiving weekend and the place was packed. We spent the next day at the zoo and driving back and forth for several hours and forgot to get milk for our toddler. Different front desk person went to the kitchen and grabbed us some milk with no hesitation. It was our first time traveling with a toddler and a newborn on a major holiday and rookie mistakes were made, but they helped us out several times. They have a small room where they keep coloring books and toys for kids. I wish we would've taken advantage of that sooner for breakfast. It was awesome for keeping our toddler entertained. The only negative was that it was hard to find seating for breakfast, but I attribute that to it being Thanksgiving weekend. I'm sure it's fine most other weekends. I would definitely (and probably will) stay here again!

The area is quite. The facility is clean and rooms were very spacious for a family of 4.

The facility is clean and the staff is always nice and greets you! The breakfast is good and they have a microwave accessible for their guests. I would recommend this location to my family and friends.
