This Four Points doesn't really have a lot of positive going on. The Good part was the bed was comfy and the room is huge. Now the other parts....You get a 1 bedroom suite so it holds a family, but only get 2 bath towels for some reason. Took over 5 minutes to get hot water...The pool is indoors and really dark...There is a beautiful atrium area with nothing in it (no seating or tables for socializing)..no restaurants, stores or even a gas station around the hotel (Charley's Steak House doesn't count!). Overall, we would definitely stay somewhere else next time. There are 20 hotels within 2 miles that are way more convenient and have more to offer....and some cost less.

We have stayed her 4+ times. If we are planning a trip to Tampa we always look here first. My family loves the indoor pool and the hotel is amazing. Free breakfast would be nice but we come for the pool.

Nice hotel, a little dated, but very well kept. It rained all day when we arrived in Tampa and so the indoor pool kept the kids happy and busy.

The room was very damp, the AC was COLD (uncomfortably) and there were bugs… which later on turned out to be ROACHES. The property refused to refund my stay and expedia wasnt very much help either. We found a big roach in the kitchen area and sprayed it with lysol to slow it down/kill it. I left to go tell the front room and let them know that there was a roach and id be terminating my stay immediately. When i returned to my room to gather my things there were several baby roaches surrounding the big one (EW) which is when i realized that from day one, the little bugs in the bathroom i had been killing that i thought were some kind of ants… were actually baby roaches… I have pics to verify and will post on google/ here if it allows me to.

Loved the atrium. Just beautiful. The pool was perfect for the grandkids. We came for a buccaneers game. The location to airport and stadium is perfect

I almost don't want to write a review on this place because I don't want people to know how good of a job they do and how nice the facilities are. Clean large rooms, awesome atirum, parking and location are great. I'm sure the indoor pool is not what family vacationers are dreaming of when they come to Florida, but it's great for everyone else

Room smelled moldy. Maybe like a smoking room. Not great lighting in the rooms. All sterile blue/white light and not much of it. Bathroom was tiny. The hotel lobby was really nice. The kids enjoyed the landscape and waterfalls in the lobby. I liked have a suite so that it feels bigger for a family. Staff was nice enough. Not over accommodating but not rude. Parking was limited. Area around is business/commercial but within 5 minutes drive there are many restrictions, stores, mall, stadium etc.
