Hyatt House Tampa Airport Westshore

I don’t know where to start with this hotel but this hotel had everything first of all I was looking for a place with a pool and free parking and that’s what I found. I had my two sons who are six and nine and my husband was on a business trip so he would leave us in the morning. We would have breakfast, which is also included in the price and the pool was amazing because we had it all to ourselves because it was not busy at all. It Was so warm and clean (July) . The rooms were spacious. There was a sofa bed for the kids and a king bed for us and the rooms are so clean. Also the parking was very convenient. Breakfast had a lot of options and every day something new and they keep refilling It And it ends at 9:30 which is very doable to catch overall we had a really great time here and we will for sure stay here again when we come back thank you so much and all the stuff was really great. They’re so friendly. I also had Amazon packages that were delivered, and I just easily picked them up from the reception , please book it.

the staff was really sweet however the area isn’t the best i thought since it was by the airport it would be “nice” but sadly it was not. the area is very sketchy and the overall hotel is very crowded , guest were dancing on top of cars and basically throwing a party in the parking lot . i would not recommend this hotel if you have small children. I would rate my room like a 2 out of 5 just because i killed a bug two minutes into my stay, i don’t expect a lot from hotels but i would rather not see a dirty trash can and a bug crawling on the bed as soon as i walk in.

Trip was canceled due to a death in the family

The service was good. The staff are very friendly. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The problem was the walls in the hotel are very thin. We could hear everything going on in the rooms next to us. The first night we were woken up to a woman screaming at a man at 3:30 in the morning. Doors being slammed and yelling that would not stop. The next night it was a baby crying all night. I would not recommend this hotel. We got no sleep our entire stay.

We had a great 4 day stay. Staff happily arranged for our back-to-back booking to be within the same room, which was spacious and very comfortable. The runway view provided ojr kids endless entertainment with planes taking off and landing, and the noise was barely noticeable. The free breakfast each day was perfect for starting our day without having to worry about food. The location was great for exploring the Gulf Coast beaches as well as Busch Gardens. Only 5 mins drive from the airport. The staff were all friendly, helpful, and courteous. Can't really ask for more!

Despite being next to the airport, it was very quiet. Never heard a plane and slept like a baby.

All good with excellent staff until we met a very indifferent bartender after hours. We’ve always liked the relaxing evenings there (we visit often for family). This time, we ran into a bartender that spent more time talking to friends than paying attention to guests. One disappointment,

First time at this hotel and it was a wonderful experience, I will definitely be back. Room was nice and spacious (got an upgrade), hotel was quite and well maintained. Breakfast was fine, hubby wasn't too much of a fan but there were options so I was content. Last but not least a big shout out to Jade and Anthony who laughed and joked with us constantly, wonderful reception team it was unfortunate we didn't get to see them when we checked out. As noted will be back again on my next visit to Tampa, also recommended to family who may visit in Christmas.

My family and I stayed at this hotel about a week ago and the staff was excellent. Vicki and I thin k her name was Tiffany made our stay the best. Great place we will return next year thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Staff was friendly and more then will to help with anything. They have me good ideas for dinner and things to do. I was thinking to take the kids to the zoo and staff said not in this heat and then have me better ideas to do with the kids.
