Very convenient nearby to tampa airport, staff all very friendly and helpful. Really good breakfast included, kids had fresh waffles, cereals and I had bacon and eggs with a pastry.

I chose this hotel because my kid and I were stranded at the airport and I used a filter for hotels with a shuttle. There was no way to reach the front desk about a shuttle and we were forced to pay $25 for an Uber. Please reimburse me for the $25 immediately.

During our stay the air conditioning made noise all day and night .We had a toddler with us an she had a very hard time sleeping. We contacted the front desk three times and was told someone will come to check it out. We are back home and no one ever came. The noise coming from the air conditioning unit sounded like we were in a Blizzard.

The check in process was so easy! The breakfasts area was great. Food was ok, but the service was amazing. They helped a family find a park near by and offered to take them in the forelegs shuttle. They helped us too. The manager was friendly and very customer service focused.
