Facility is convenient for parents bringing students to USF. However lacking many other things. We booked the largest room looking for family space and we ended up right behind a very noisy elevator with heavy traffic from 4:30 on. Another issue is that room was not cleaned even when we asked for room service and no towels were provided. We had to request towels and coffee cups from the front desk by the time we arrived back from our errands.

My husband and I stayed at this facility for a week and I had stayed three previous times, including in the middle of the pandemic. They are wonderful! Our children attend USF and the location is directly across the street. Everyone from the front desk to the pool maintenance engineer are kind, friendly , helpful and hard workers . Just the best stay! That’s it!! They made us feel like our money was well spent !! Thank you to the entire staff ! Xoro

The room had some issues but nothing to get too upset about. For example , the shade was broken, so they had an office clip to hold it up. The room smelled a little too strongly of carpet fresh, but other than that it was ok. The best thing about the hotel I’m my opinion is the laundry availability. I like the option to clean my clothes before leaving . I would stay at this location again. My children attend USF and this is located directly across the street.

The hotel was just ok, a little overpriced for what it is. No breakfast nor housekeeping. We were told they are experiencing “staffing issues”. All was decent as long as we were in our room. The smell of marijuana was everywhere- lobby, halls and elevators. It was unfortunate that we were awoken at 7am to the sound of screaming children. Needless to say, we would NOT stay here again.

Property was clean and great for families. Front office was friendly. During the stay there was a water leakage from the AC unit and it was addressed promptly.

We ejoyed our stay here. We stayed here for 3 nights because of it's proximity to Busch Gardens and Adventure Island; which is only 2-3 minutes away. The check-in process was smooth. Our room was clean upon arrival. It was spacious enough for our family of 3. The amenities were basic, but well maintained. We never tried the pool. But we tried the food once. We had breakfast one morning. Breakfast is not included, so you had pay for everything a-la-carte. But the food was tasty and it was convenient. Overall, we were pleased with our visit here. The only complaint would be the lack of housekeeping. Stayed for 3 nights and our room was not serviced. We had to head to the front desk for fresh towels. And our trash was overflowing onto the floor.

We stayed at this property by default due to unavailability of preferred locations. Reviews were somewhat questionable regarding cleanliness. If it wasn’t for my 6 year old being absolutely exhausted, I would’ve called room service to remove the adult sized pubic hair from plain sight on the toilet. If that wasn’t enough, his black feet from simply walking around the room the following morning (post shower the night before) was absolutely disgusting. This level of filth was more than overlooking just one mopping. Warning to other parents traveling with little ones who like to spend time on the floor.
