Very family friendly! Great breakfast! Really wish the pool would have been open.

The checkin process was the worst I have ever experienced. They stated they didn’t have a room ready yet but other people continued to get rooms available. When I received text that my room was finally reading I had to wait in another long line to get room keys, as they only had 2 people checking guests in. There were numerous upper management standing around and not one chipped in to help checkin guest. The process took so long me and my family ended up late to arrive at the concert we were in town to see. When I complained to a staff member about this being the worst customer service experience I had ever had, she completely ignored me and didn’t respond. Will never stay at the hotel again, simply due to poor customer service.

We were on a family vacation and I choose this hotel for location and the POOL! Upon arrival we were informed that the pool was not in use and we could take a 7 min shuttle ride to another hotel. Total BS! I even went on line to check prior to our arrival and NO INFO was updated about the pool!

Our toilet was clogged and the hotel did not have a plunger for us to use. Front desk stated that the service elevator has been broken for a month and it could possibly in there and we’d have to wait for maintenance to come in at 7a to fix our toilet. We were leaving at 6a so that didn’t help our situation. Front desk opened another room down the hall for my children and I to use the bathroom in another room. At initial check-in nobody informed us when the restaurant bar closed or when breakfast opens so we ended up missing both.

This is our second time staying (first was in 2022) and both times were amazing. Friendly staff, very clean, fantastic omelet station at breakfast and great location. I’m so glad our second visit was as good as the first after hyping it up to my family. Will definitely stay again the next time we’re in the Tampa area

We had a lot of issues during our stay and had to deal with management. No AC in the first room we had checked in and then the second room was dirty and my family and I had to clean the room.

1) The front desk overlooked me as I stood there waiting for some assistance, but then a white family walked up, and the front desk agent immediately responded. 2) The breakfast area needs to be cleaner. There's no one around to tidy up and/or dispose of trays. 3) The carpet in the atrium was dirty 4) The pillows are dreadful and need to be replaced. 5) The mattress in our room was layered with so many sheets that it was uncomfortable to lay in. Thank goodness we were only there for one night.

Highly recommend this beautiful, clean, and comfortable hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Absolutely loved the social hour they offer every night for 21+ and the rest of the family. The free breakfast was very good with an enormous variety of options to chose from. The pull out couch wasn’t the most comfortable but it’s expected. 9/10.

Our stay was good but not excellent. The elevators were out of order except one. I had to wait for 5 stops before I could board the elevator. And even the I was trying to go down and had to go up before I went down. The pool are was rated a 5. The party that spent all day at the pool drinking ( I'm guessing ) hoarded all of the tables into their corner. There wasn't any tables for other families to put their stuff on. Then plus they were blaring their music through their Bluetooth speaker. I didn't want to listen to the music but had no choice. I would rather have no music than listen to Latino music. NO RESPECT FOR OTHERS !

My family and I had a horrible experience, extremely disappointed, and very frustrated. The first night we arrive we had an awful customer service experience at the front counter in the hotel. The employee was rude and inflexible. At our arrival to the room we realized that the water pressure in the sink and toilet had no water pressure. So basically we had no bathroom. We reported to the front desk where they promise it will be fix right away. No one ever showed up that night. On the following morning we reported that no one showed up in our room, and the front desk person promised us once again that someone will fix it while we are going away to the attractions pari all day. I addition we requested towels since they don’t have any room service, with the idea that after a long day at the park we will be able to shower. When we arrived at night the hotel didn’t fix the bathroom yet, and there was no towels in the room. It was already 10:30pm when they actually decided to bring us towels that night.
