My family loved the hotel. Close to everything. The kitchen girls get 5 stars!!! They were awesome. Looked forward to breakfast every morning. The only reason I did not give 5 stars to rhe hotel was two issues. 1) The TV had 4 white spots on the screen that did not allow to view the TV. 2) The air-conditioner constantly turned on and off making an annoying sound. Hard to sleep with that noise.

I really appreciate the staff accommodating our family for an extra hour of rest. Major problem with this hotel is the hot water. I felt like i was taking a cold shower and it bothered my husband much more. We had two other rooms and it was the same issue. If that was fixed, we would come back.

Everything was great, as described and met our expectations. Great for families, the breakfast was excellent has many options. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return soon.

The room was accessible BUT this bed was very high. The bath tub was also difficult to step into. My husband even complained that the wall of the tub was too high. I think hotels should stop having tubs. Even if I had children with me, I would be reluctant to put them into a tub that thousands of people had used. KIds put everything in their mouths!!!

*9:20 am I get a knock on the door, followed by an attempt to open the door* It was the cleaning lady. She had a piece of paper in her hand. I asked if I could help her, she hurried away from my room. Check-out is at 12. Why are you waking up my child at 9:20 am????

Friendly staff, good breakfast (especially for kids). Hotel was clean, only thing was one of the elevators was broken, but it wasn't a problem.
