Last night there were noisy kids on the 6th floor running in the hallway knocking on doors. I guess they thought this was funny however, made for a very unpleasant last night.

The Worst Experience ever! No room Service no towels! Also some drunk people tried to break into the room at 2:50am. My kids are terrified now and were scared to fall back a sleep! Will never stay here!

We requested housekeeping and all they came and did was change the towels in the room .. they didn’t vacuum the floor or even clean the bathroom .. I understand everyone is being wary as to covid however I stayed at a hotel paying 200 per night housekeeping is expected at least twice during visit .. worst I was staying with my family inclusive of a 1 year old 🙄.. . The bathroom was dirty throughout my entire 6 night stay I had to ask for cleanser to clean the tub myself .. this to me is unacceptable… I work in the hotel industry and rooms are cleaned daily … so for this was truly unacceptable..
