One and or both elevators were out of service during our stay. Forcing luggage and a newborn to be carried up and down the stairs. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The shower curb/curtain length causes water to splash across the bathroom floor. Luckily there is a drain outside of the shower however it’s still could be an unsafe condition. The staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean.

All of the front desk staff was great, the hotel was clean as can be. But what really made me enjoy my stay was the bartender, Nate. He was hilarious and a class act. Very professional and made me feel like family. Thank you guys for such a nice stay.

The service was outstanding! The doubles beds were sold out when we got there so they upgraded us to a beautiful presidential suite very spacious for our little ones. They added a roll away bed and even came quickly upstairs to service the jets on the hot tub. I appreciate the quick service and wonderful kindness at the hotel.

The staff welcomed us warmly on arrival. The room was clean. Breakfast was delicious and the servers in the restaurant were friendly. The lobby was very festive with all the Christmas decorations. This is our go to place when visiting family in the area.

Beautiful lobby, friendly staff. Smelled great for it being pet friendly. Clean & manicured grounds. Perfect location from our family, will def be back.

We were in Riverview for a funeral viewing and time with family so spent very little time at the hotel. Overall, it was nice. The one negative in the room was the A/C unit was filthy. We actually cleaned it with Clorox wipes the vents were so dirty and dusty.
