We stayed at the Fairfield Inn for a family funeral. The hotel is not spectacular, but it is clean. The front staff is friendly and efficient. The only thing I would say is the breakfast is OK but not exceptional - however, considering it is free - it’s fine!

We stayed here because it was convenient to family. It looks nice but has mechanical issues.
The elevator broke on the first day. There was NO urgency to fix it. It was broken the entire stay.The sink in our bathroom was clogged and disgusting. We moved to the first floor to an accessible room. The tub faucet was broken. The tub finish was broken down and there is a large dent in the bottom of the tub, which is a falling hazard to a disabled person.
We were offered a 3rd room, but couldn't enter because the batteries died on the door lock.
Don't stay here. It doesn't deserve to be a Marriott flagged hotel.

The entrance to the hotel is fully garbage and old clothes thrown in the middle of the street. Ferrell cats all over. Room was not cleaned properly. Old cereal under the beds and we were given a pack and play for our baby and it was full of old food and sticky. Tub was not clean either. I cleaned my room.

I resided at the Fairfield Inn Marriott Hotel from February 14-21, 2024. I must say that I was very pleased with the outstanding Service I receive from Janie, Sierra, and Mckenzie. reason for my trip was death in my family. Upon my arrival, Check in time was 3:00 p.m., and my flight arrived early. When I arrived at the hotel at 12:00, Sierra told me that my room was not ready, apologized, something she did not have to do because of early check-in. She provided my husband and I with free drinks, condiments, as well as an apology for the inconvenience. I have stayed at the Hilton, Embassy, and Hampton as well as other hotels doing my travel. In this day and age, top of the line service was never as good as the Desk Clerks at this Hotel. They represent the face of the Fairfield Inn/Marriott very well. For instance, the night stand lamp had a short, causing my room to black out, and they immediately change my room, apologize for the inconvenience, and provided me with another room. anie, one of the Desk clerks showed Kindness, compassion, care, and concern, something that I most needed due to the passing of my brother. If you want excellent service, a beautiful environment for your stay, as well as place where you will feel at home, this is where you want to be during out of town visits. Look no further because you will find that this staff, as well as services provided at this hotel is ou
