Problem checking in- had reserved 2 queen beds, as I was traveling with an adult child. Despite an additional call in advance, the hotel did not save me the room I booked and requested, and we had to use a fairly uncomfortable pull out couch. We then had to pack up and leave and relocate to another room the next day. We eventually got the room we wanted. I asked three times for the manager to call me, never heard from them.

Rooms are very large especially if you have a big family. My family of 6 was very happy in our room. Pool was nice wish there was more pool furniture to sit at filled up very fast.

We stayed 3 nights at the Home2Suites in town for a family event and we were really happy with our stay. We were warmly greeted and felt very comfortable at the property. The room was perfect for us and our two kids and we are going to have a hard time enjoying other hotels now! The breakfast was definitely above average too. We are grateful for a clean, comfortable, pleasant, and restful stay and will definitely look into staying at other Home2Suites locations in the future.

The guy at the front desk was the rudest person I ever meet. He also was rude to my 11yrs old daughter. Room had no shampoo and bathroom sink was flooded. This is my 6th time staying at a Home2Suites and my 1st time having a bad experience. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, enough room for my 7 family members. We only stay for 1 night after visiting Snowcat Ridge.
