I can’t coment on the property, because although I paid for a suite with a king size bed, rolling shower and a sofa bed in a separate room, with kitchenette… all I got was an excuse for not having the room available when I got there, so I was sent to a Courtyard next door, where I was given a simple room with no rolling shower and in fact, a very small shower where my shower chair couldn’t fit. So it was very sad to see my wife suffering at the moment I was giving her a shower. Very nice room ant the Courtyard and the people were very nice at both places. But I am very disappointed for not having the room I paid for. Also I paid for breakfast included and the Courtyard did not have that, so I had to settle. I travel with my family and my wife is paraplegic, so handicapped room with rolling shower is very important for us…so my general experience is something I just want to forget.

I don't think I have ever stayed at a hotel where everyone on staff (from the front desk to housekeeping to maintenance) was so exceptionally friendly and helpful. All that plus a spotless and quiet room that was also pet-friendly and a heated indoor pool made this a perfect fit for our family. I want to give a special shout out to Shay at the front desk who really went above and beyond to ensure our stay was awesome.

did not get the 2 bedroom suite with fireplace that I booked because they overbooked. had to stay multiple rooms away from the rest of my family and no fireplace. Won't likely ever stay in a residence inn again. Kitchen utensils were shoddy and the room had candy bar wrapper on the floor and non functioning bedside lamp because it was unplugged when I plugged it in I found a telephone cord discarded by the staff behind the table.
