SpringHill Suites by Marriott Tallahassee North

Room was big and had a lot of space for 2 adults 2kids. Breakfast was good and there were several options. Beds were a bit firm for my liking but I was the only one who thought that. Staff was AMAZING! I would stay here again!

We had a quick overnight stop. Hotel is clean, the staff was super friendly and we had a comfortable night. The room.aeemed dark, like it needs more lighting once you get near the beds but did not ruin the stay juat sometime to note. We love the trundle option since we had kids that are teens traveling and none of them want to share a bed lol. We would definitely stop here again!

The room was great. Plenty of space for my wife and I along with our four children. The staff was incredibly friendly. The breakfast was very good. The value for the money is unbeatable. I highly recommended this property.

Great rest on the road for a family of 5. Spacious comfortable and refreshing. Totally worth it.

Overall very friendly staff. Tv didn’t work and bathroom wasn’t very clean but the grounds itself is nice and safe. Good for families. Has a pool and workout room. 8/10 overall.

The hotel is good for families, pet friendly and good staff. The only thing that is lacking is staff to clean rooms properly. Our room was not clean enough small details like food in the refrigerator, in one corner of the room the carpet was with dirty and sheet of the bed in the floor. I when to talk to the front desk she apologized offered to clean the room but I already did it because I just wanted to rest. However, I am tired of the excuse of we are short of staff. After COVID this is the excuse as a manager you can not expect things well done if you put all that work load to few people.

Disappointing stay for a marriot hotel. Hotel was super hot in hallways and lobby then get up to the room and was even hotter. Room and bathroom were dirty. No conditioner or soap in the shower. Couch/trundle were not comfortable at all if staying in a bigger room. Bes was comfortable but air never cooled the room down. We slept miserable w 4 kids. Wouldnt stay again for the price.

We attempted to get a two bed room but was told only a king bed room with a pull out couch bed was available. We were traveling with two children (5 and 2) and needed a bed for our 5 year old. The pullout couch was a fine solution. After entering our room, we pulled out the bed part of the couch and saw multiple bugs and a soiled sheet. It was late at night and I did not request a new room, which I bear the fault on. Our son slept well in a pack and play and we wrapped the top of the couch in clean sheet and blankets from the bed. Our daughter woke up with multiple bites and a swollen right eye which I'm guessing was from a bite. We notified the front desk and was told that maintenance staff would be notified. I sent Marriott an email but have yet to hear back. I feel terrible as a father for putting my young daughter in a situation that could cause this to happen and will not be staying at or recommending this property.

I’ve actually never stayed at a pet friendly hotel. I guess it was not really surprising, but the “deodorized” smell caught me off guard. But, knowing that my fur baby can actually smell like a fur baby too, I understood and appreciated the “clean” smell. The rooms are super nice and have everything you need. The breakfast buffet was good. The staff were very nice!!!

The refrigerator in the room did not cool very well. At checkin me and my family walked up to our room 3 times carry all of our things and the room key did not work. We had somewhere to go and the delay made us late. We were told to sit in the lobby and wait until they could find a resolution. This was embarrasing.
