Great stay for a family vacation. Breakfast was great with many options. Friendly staff! The only thing is that there was lots of dogs….

Everything was perfect for our family trip.

We arrived at 3:30p to find our room still wasn’t available. No biggie, it’s a holiday weekend so I’m sure they were busy. We asked for extra towels and blankets to be put in the room while it was being cleaned so we didn’t have to do it later. You’d have thought I’d asked for something wildly extravagant based on the response from the front desk. Keep in mind, we had 5 people in the room, so we needed at least 1 more towel and an extra set of sheets/blanket at a bare minimum. We finally got into our room after dinner - still no extra towels or linens. Called down to the front desk and they tell us there’s a shortage of towels (we only had 3) so they’d have to provide them later, and tell us the linens are in the dresser drawer… except they weren’t, we already checked. They tell us we will have to come to the front desk to get them. This was kind of the whole reason for asking 4 hours earlier, but I get it, staff is limited. I’m not sure who was staying in the hotel with us, but they were obviously from a different time zone. There were kids and adults running up and down the hallway from 11p-3a and we could hear everything. The maids were audibly fighting outside the rooms the next morning about who needed to clean the remaining rooms. The bathroom had hair on the counter, floor, and shower prior to my family using it. The sink faucet was detached from the counter so the water ran down it and on to the shelf below. Sheets and blankets had obvious discoloration.

For a family and pet friendly property it was very nice and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Even the guests seemed cheerful.

Decent place to stay. Some of the other guests with children were annoying and many of the kids were not very well behaved. Staff is Awesome!

They do not provide housekeeping without a 24 hour request and then sometimes it is done late in the day. We were traveling with a toddler so this was very inconvenience for us.

Upon entering front desk girl was very nice professional and informative. When we got to our suite which is fit for 4 people, we only had 3 pillows on a King bed. None for pull out couch for kids. When I called they told me they were all out of extra pillows. We had to go buy extras ourselves during our stay. The room was very spacious and open which we loved, but wasn't as clean as we would of hoped. The front of microwave was dirty and the dishes were all in the dishwasher from previous guests. Hotel was nice and clean in lobby but breakfast we thought would of been better (by a Hilton) . No meat provided like sausage, bacon or ham. Only little egg and cheese omelets, fresh fruit, yogurts, muffins, plain bagels, coffee , etc; The set up was a bit strange for breakfast is right in lobby so you see people checking in and out while eating. The pool was freezing which we hoped to take a night swim but too cold to enjoy. The front staff was very accommodating and recommended great places to see and eat. A bit aways from all the fun, but we did find the St.Augustibe aquarium right down the road which was awesome! Hope to visit again when pool is warmer.

I loved my stay i know the week days can be busy as much as the weekends but i got service within 20 mins and I’ll say that because we waited for maintenance to finish something else before he came but he fixed my issue quick he wasn’t invasive spoke very nicely and did his good housekeeping was impressive as well. Breakfast was good even tho i wish they had banana muffins lol i know they come assorted so they can’t help it just playing but everthing was nice and clean i would stay there again the front desk service was quicker then any other place I’ve been and i had a baby with me so flying from Charlotte i was really impressed with my service over all my room was huge and i do mean ALOT of space clean room sheets and smelled great
