We love that we can bring a fur baby to the hotel. It has a very nice walking path around the hotel too! The hotel check-in was very late at 4 pm and then check-out was early at 11.

It was absolutely silent when I was not wanting to hear tv or children, all day and night. That's rare. Everything was clean and the king size bed was very comfortable.

This was a one night stay for a family of five (three children ages 8, 9, &11). The one night stay was booked to help break up the long distance that our family was traveling to arrive at our actual family vacation destination. The hotel/room was selected based on how well the sleeping arrangements would accommodate our family. The Hotel/room had double queen beds and a pull out couch, which gave everyone a bed to sleep in for the night.
Upon arrival, the front desk receptionist was less than friendly. We were charged $25.00 for parking on a room that cost over $300.00 for a one night stay. The $25.00 cost of parking didn't include the valet parking that was available. We were told the charge was due to the hotel being in a historical district. Breakfast may have been included but it left a lot to be desired.

The location is good if you are open to walking about a mile to downtown. The construction next door limits access to entering and exiting. The sound really carries from room to room. Hard to put toddler to sleep before 10 or 11. The people at valet are so kind. LLC bc bc

The hotel is very nice, modern, has smart tv's in the room. Gave it only 4 stars because the included breakfast is horrible. I have stayed in other Hilton properties and the included breakfast was amazing, with even waffle making machine's to make your own waffles which the kids love.. Better your free breakfast and this will be the hotel to stay in St. Augustine.

My family of four took a short vacation to the St Augustine area. We stayed at this Homewood Suites by Hilton St. Augustine for the weekend - and overall enjoyed our stay. It was clean, quiet and relatively close to all the downtown activities.
One thing that was disappointing is there was a well posted valet service for $25 - we opted to self park, as the parking was convienent and to avoid the $25 fee. I just received my invoice from the hotel with a $25 fee for each day of our stay and when I called they said that there is a $25 parking fee regardless of whether you valet or self park. This was not stated, nor did I see anything that clearly indicated this. So to avoid you too having to pay for a "parking fee", add an additional $25 per day to your stay!

Nice room really spacious. Came with fridge, microwave, dishes and dishwasher. Seemed to be rushed cleaned pull out couch was dirty didn’t looked like they changed the sheets found hairs on it so that was a big red flag. We didn’t use it my kids ended up being squished all in one bed while my husband and I and baby slept in the other bed. Since we only stayed for two nights we did not have our rooms clean daily. That was fine but I wish they would have left more garbage bags so we can change it out. Breakfast was ok not much of an option. My son got cereal they only had skin milk and 2 percent milk. He picked skin milk he ended up having a stomach ache usually drinks whole milk. Construction going on next to hotel limited parking so they basically make you use valet parking and you are charged right when you check in, $25 a day even if we didn’t want valet small parking area was full and had no other choice.

We had the perfect 3 night stay! Traveled with my husband and 2 children. We requested a quiet room on the top floor and Homewood Suites delivered! We had a large room with an amazing water view. It was amazing watching the tide changes at different times. The room was very quiet. Location was great for historic downtown and the beaches. Everything was just minutes away. We will definitely be back.
