We had a great time! Spent the 4th of July here. It was nice to not have to worry about traffic and beach parking! Watched the boat races from our balcony. 5 minute walk to St Armands. Complimentary cold bottled water was nice. Hotel staff was very nice, everyone we encountered was professional and helpful. We would stay here again and will recommend to our out of state family!

I loved my Ocean View room. And the beach is right there. The hotel has a home family friendly welcoming feeling.

We went on a family vacation trip. In general, the Hotel had super attention in everything. but they should take more care of the parking area. When we returned from having breakfast outside, it was difficult for us to park because there are unauthorized people parked. and The pool should have more variety of drinks.

We was able to check in earlier than 4pm which was a plus for our family. No smoking was allowed and posted throughput the hotel and the balconies however a guess above us ignored the signs and was smoking. I informed the desk clerk about the smoking issue when we checked out.

Can’t beat the view from the room balcony or restaurant Coffee in lobby 24 hours We had to have bathroom cleaned, it was nasty Mother’s Day family getaway and my mother. Refused to take he shoes off in the room Hallways smell like old wet bread to me
