The proximity to the beach was amazing, the pool was also a great feature as it had a rinse station, full sun, and partially shaded area. Parking was not an issue. Plenty of food options that were all within strolling distance. Great for a couples trip or small family.

The location was perfect. Just a few steps from the beach which was perfect with kids in tow. Room was roomy and comfortable. Mattresses were in great shape. A bit of wear and tear but not bad. We loved the private BBQ and picnic table outside our until.

Visited with the family. They accommodated our early check in and made our stay wonderful. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shopping. Wonderdul courtyard and pool area! Can't say enough about this place!!

We stayed in a king suite with bunk beds. The space was great for our family of four. Room was clean and beachy. Both pools were heated and comfortable despite the cooler, cloudy weather. Walkable to restaurants and white sand beach. Our only complaint was no restroom near the pools, so if you’re at a pool a block or so from your room, you’ll have a bit of a walk to get to a restroom, which is not ideal with kids. Otherwise, we had a great stay!

This property was really nice. It was quiet and close to everything. The only complaint my family had were the beds. They were really uncomfortable and noisy. Could use some new frames and mattresses. Would return though. Really beautiful area.

Best place to expend time with your family

My husband and I stayed a few nights at this property for our anniversary and we will definitely bring our family back to this resort! Pools were heated and clean. Perfect location being one block walk to beach and Siesta Village is right around the corner. Although close to shopping and restaurants, it was quiet and relaxing at the resort. Our room was very clean and perfect for what we needed. Free beach chair rental was definitely a plus. Can’t wait to go back!

Was there to see friends and family for a quick trip on spring break with my daughter. It was wonderful great location, near boutiques and the beach it was great.

This is exactly how this trip went for us: We were in room 283 (I believe) which was when you walk out the office door, head to the right, thorough the gate (pool is to your right) and head up the stairs directly in from tod you. The room is the door right at the top of the stairs. When we walked in, we were actually very pleased with the room. It looked like a small apartment, newly renovated. We rented a golf cart to get around, so it was very late when we returned. We open the door to the hotel, turned on the light and saw a cockroach scatter. We were shocked. Then we saw another one come from our room. We started looking around for them, and we pulled out the oven. That’s where we saw the traps and a few more roaches. We spoke to another family and they said they have been trying to get rid of the roaches in that room for over a month. We complained and they gave us a new room. We spent the rest of the night spraying for roaches and emptying our bags so we didn’t take roaches with us. It was a nightmare. The next day, they were pressuring us to get out at 10 AM when we were up till 3 AM trying to get rid of the cockroach situation and preventing us from carrying them with us when we left. They did not want to refund us at all. They said they gave us a new room and that they gave us free parking for the golf cart. They felt they did enough. We complained to Orbitz and Orbitz called them. Still nothing. Stay away from this place. Roaches spread.
