Art Ovation Hotel, Autograph Collection

My family and I had a great time at the hotel. It's a fun place with good energy. The staff were attempting, respectful and care about the guess. I will definitely go back to the hotel

Stayed at the Art Ovation for a family trip to attend the Ringling College Graduation. We have stayed at this hotel multiple times. I just get better and better. The location is great. Staff are helpful and gracious. Hope the keep the property up to date because the location is VERY popular.

Great location, Great hotel and accommodations. The pool was a bit tiny for families, but other than that it was a great place to stay. We really enjoyed it!

It’s a fun place to stay. We were near the elevator, so heard others coming and going. But other than that it was great. The pool scene probably not best for families with kids (holiday weekend though, graduations…)

The best thing about this hotel it’s the stuff ! Next will be the location. How ever if you looking for a pool for the kids then so so and the only parking is vallet. Plenary of amazing places to eat around and the room service food was spectacular!

The hotel was nice and clean and very modern. My wife and I finally got a romantic night away kid free. The hotel was very loud (only outside the room) honestly not a big deal because the rooms were quiet and we only occasionally heard people yelling in the halls or music. At about 9pm you can anticipate your room filling with marijuana smoke from adjoining rooms. And when you leave anticipate about 20 worth of minibar charges you didn’t consume. $10 bag of almonds and a $10 bag of gummy bears being added to your bill. Plus taxes and fees and mini bar service fees from said mini bar food you don’t eat.

Love staying at this hotel. We discovered it 2 years ago and we love going as a family at least once a year. The art gallery and art spread throughout the hotel make it a unique place to stay. The rooftop pool and bar provide a wonderful outdoor experience. On our trip we were also greeted by a performer playing the piano in the lobby - nice touch. The rooms don't have bathtubs which makes it a challenge if you have little ones like us but we work around that. A great hotel at a great value.

The hotel room is nice. However, checking in to the hotel was not like my usual experience at hotels. They did not allow early check in. I came from out of town and was early for check in. Most hotels in Florida allow this but they didn’t. Check in wasn’t until 4pm, I got there about 2:45pm and they told me they would call when my room was ready. I never received the call, no text, no email. At almost 4:30 I went to the front desk to see if my room was ready and thankfully it was, but I had to seek it out. Not fun with 3 kids sitting in a lobby for over an hour. I don’t usually complain or leave bad reviews but I won’t be staying here again and definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
