Great place to take your family and employees were very kind and courteous!!

This was a family vacation to close out the summer before school starts back. We had a great experience, staying at this location. It was very clean and had all the amenities that we needed, and more. The breakfast options were very good. The whole gamily found something they enjoyed. Though there was a pool, we did not use it. It is pet-friendly, and several guests had their pets on premises. No issues with that. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. Full kitchenette with fridge and freezer, microwave, and glassware, etc. The pull-out couch provided extra room for our family to spread out. The location is great. There are several restaurants and stores neaby, including a Walmart Neighborhood Market. It's also only 6-7 minutes from the beach! We will definitely consider coming back to this location again. The staff made great use of their ability to text as a way to check on us diring our stay without interrupting our vacation. They also permitted a last-minute late check-out resquest at no extra cost!

This was a great hotel. The staff was very friendly and check in was quick. It is very close the beach. The rooms were large with everything you need for a family vacation.

Close to the beach, grocery store 2 minute walk from hotel, very clean room/hotel and friendly staff… only negatives were the hotel was down an elevator for the entire stay which make all guest share only 1 elevator causing delays and they tested the fire alarm system for an entire day it seemed like, felt like the testing could have been broken up over a few days an hour or two each day instead of hours upon hours of the fire alarm going off and on, made it very difficult for our kids to lay down during the day.

Staff is always very friendly and helpful with information about the surrounding area. Hotel and rooms are very clean. Breakfast was tasty and well stocked. Staff constantly cleaned breakfast area. The complimentary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate were a plus. My family and I visit Pensacola often, this location is by far our favorite hotel for accommodations.

Everything here is wonderful. Only downfall is no hot tub! Nice over all facilities and clean! Good for families of all sizes.

My stay was great! Easy check-in and check-out process. The room was clean but had a weird smell but nothing too bad. The staff was very friendly. And it was close to most of things me and my family wanted to do.
