SpringHill Suites Pensacola Beach

Was in the perfect spot for the beach. You could venture to either side of the waters. Not to close to traffic but not to far from the attractions . The room was perfect for our 4 person family. Very spacious , big enough for our very active toddler. We always have a time visiting Pensacola. Can’t wait to return.

Everything was great, especially the staff. I don’t think I will get a pool view room again. I think children of guests should be accompanied by their parents. Very disruptive behavior by unaccompanied children til nighttime.

We loved our stay at the SpringHill Suites in Pensacola Beach. It was convenient to shops and restaurants and right on the beach. The rooms were very nice and updated. Poolside tiki bar with Two heated pools and a separate kiddie pool. We loved going down for breakfast (complimentary) and then going straight out for our morning beach walk. Very easy to go back and forth to the beach and pool all day. Chair rental service is available on the beach. The property was always spotless and checkout was at noon.

Nice hotel! We loved the balcony with great views of the Gulf. Comfy bed and plenty of towels. Three pools. One for the kids and two for the adults. Good coffee and walking distance to many great restaurants in town.

Beach side resort can have a lot of sand, but the staff is working diligently for cleanup. There is an easy access to restaurants and shopping, it seems one can order food from outside too at poolside. All 3 pools are fun for kids and adults. The staff is friendly.

This is the best hotel I have ever been to & may I add I travel ALOT. It’s kid friendly, BEAUTIFUL VIEWS, the breakfast is ight lol the staff is supper sweet, the maids are super helpful, you literally save a fortune just with everything the hotel has to offer. I loved my stay and I just want to thank everyone who works hard to make sure families enjoy themselves. :) me & my family are super grateful for our stay.

Family oriented, quiet, and relaxing. Hotel is by far the best vacation experience of family choice. We will make this our beach stay/vacation destination. Exceptional!

My family and I enjoy the property. Great pools and access to the beach. The Breakfast is a good value. And the rooms are spacious.

Absolutely horrible! We left after one night even though we wouldn’t be refunded (prepaid). Went swimming the first night and my husband and children encountered BM and dirty toilet paper in the pool. My son had someone else’s fecal matter stuck in his toes! We told the desk and they sent a guy to scoop out the toilet paper. The pool should have been shocked or drained. The next day, the hit Tun and lower pools were drained (in use the night before) but the poop pool was still open. Obviously we wouldn’t dare use the dirty pool so we were left with no pools to use. The hotel room was not very clean- there were pee stains all over the bathroom wall next to the toilet! We were a family of four but only had towels for 2. The only good thing was the ocean view. We left early and booked at another resort down the beach and had the same wonderful view with immaculate rooms/bathrooms, and no poop floating in the pool! This place gives Marriott a BAD name! I get that accidents can happen but they handled this soooo badly. Now my husband and kids need to be checked for communicable diseases after swimming and putting their faces in actual poop water!
