Holiday Inn Express Pensacola Beach, an IHG Hotel

The property was clean and well managed. Our family really appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the selection they offered. Rooms were spacious and comfortable and the location was exceptional. We would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed this stay but were highly inconvenienced by the parking. They made everyone move their vehicles to do parking lot work that never happened. Some nights there was no parking spots available and we had to park down the road, we have a two year old so that was not ideal walking in the cold on the side of the road with a toddler at night. The parking really ruined the hotel for us. They made us move our vehicles but nothing was ever done to the parking lot. They also called me two times in a row and left me a voicemail to tell me to move my vehicle by 9pm. However my vehicle was with me at a restaurant, it wasn’t my vehicle that needed to be moved. The each view is nice, the breakfast is good, the staff were very friendly(especially the breakfast ladies, they were very sweet!) there was also another tall gentleman who was very kind. Everyday we had new towels, trash removed, floors cleaned and beds made. There was only one day where they did not take our trash or clean the floors. If it wasn’t for the parking hassle I would have rated 5 stars.

quality has went down tremendously in the past year..i was verbally harassed by (2) female nighttime check in staff and threatened by a male security guard for false noise complaints when my children were asleep , i was moving pictures from my phone to a memory card and my husband was in the shower.. i received an exceptionally rude phone call and 10:47 pm stating "we should not have to tell you that its night time and this is our quiet hours" in which i told the lady on the phone my kids were asleep, im moving pics onmy phone, and my husband was in the shower..so i went down stairs to ask what the problem was and explain that we cant be loud anyways as i suffer from stress cyst on my brain and get migraines so we arent loud and i told them about my children being asleep and the staff has a cop waiting on my downstairs whom the cop proceeded to tell me that if he has to be called up to this hotel one more time he is evicting us and will make sure we are banned from ALL holiday inn franchises.. the 2 check in staff refused to listen when i told them we cant be loud due to my migraines and brain cyst & that it couldn't have been us because my children were asleep & when i asked what were the so called noise violations they refused to tell me & stated it was us because we have kids..i kindly told them there are several families with kids but with my migraines i cant handle loud excessive noise anyways..we were falsely accused of loud noise & didnt feel safe & left for good!!

We checked in and I was told by the manager I had two rooms when I thought I had just booked one. Not sure how that happened but luckily for me, Lance (the manager) said they were sold out and he would try to sell the room for me and refund my money. Thank goodness he was able to and quickly at that! Then we got up to the room and the ac didn't work. Within 5 min maintenance came up and fixed it and was super nice on top of that. Our room was super spacious and the balcony was safe for children to be on. The continental breakfast was delicious and all the staff we encountered were nice and welcoming. The beach was a 5 min walk and towels were provided. They also had a "borrow bin" for pool toys and beach chairs and floats so we really only needed to bring ourselves and our drink/snacks for an awesome beach day! We loved our stay here and can't wait to come back!

We loved our stay!! Perfect place for a quick getaway. We loved that the beach was not crowded and our kids loved the breakfast every morning! We will for sure be back!

This was on the quiet side of the beach. The facility, breakfast and other guest made it a thumbs up. We had a neighbor who didn’t wake up to hear their alarm so we had to listen to it for two plus hours. That was annoying but it was our last morning so we packed up and left. The hallways were humid but the rooms made up for it. Pool was kinda tiny. I wanted to swim but all it took was two families to make it a cool tub. That was disappointing but the pool was clean and towels provided at the pool. Beach was convenient as was the parking. We did get to watch the Blue Angels practice so that was cool. Breakfast had yougurt, milk, juice, pancakes, cheese or veggie omelette, bacon or sausage and biscuits with gravy. Tried coffee twice, it’s a no go for me. They use the silicone bands. Hopefully they get the bracelets with the key card attached. That way we don’t have to worry about a card. I would stay here again for sure.

It was a great stay for me and my kids.
